Very upsetting and waste of time experience. I came twice last week to be turn down because “I didn’t have an appointment”. I made an appointment for today Monday 7/15 at 4:30 and two couples came in after me that were “walk ins” that were taken in before me as I’m still waiting for my “scheduled appointment”. It’s very unprofessional to have me make an appointment when this could have been handled last week during my “walk in” period.

Don't use the atm at this location. Atm malfunctioned and took $1000 from me. Put in a claim and "no money was found" is all I was told. That's ridiculous. Basically robbing me and calling me a liar.

This place suxs.The ATM’s are constantly down.And when they are its only 1 drive up atm and the line is always long.Youre a bank get youre stuff fixed.

Teller wouldn't cash my chase issued checks because of a made up excuse. Obvious because of my race. Im am sick of running to these issues with chase.

I have been to this branch about 5 times in the last 2 months and every time, all 3 ATM’s don’t have cash. Super inconvenient - I’d imagine that they can see average withdrawal transactions and could better prepare all ATM’s with the appropriate cash.
