“I had an amazing experience with Maria from Axia Creations! She truly went above and beyond to make my kids’ Easter candles. The designs I originally wanted were out of stock, but Maria took the extra time and effort to source different cars and create custom candles from scratch for my boys.
Not only was her work thoughtful and high-quality, but her communication was excellent—she responded quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. On top of that, the turnaround time was incredibly fast, and I received everything within just two days.

Which was all the difference in me walking back and asking her for advice on the fit of a certain shirt. She recommended I size down and when I came home, I tried it on and it fit perfectly! This is my favorite Old Navy store, always clean, organized and most of all the customer service. Today (May 29th, 2026) I went for a store pick up, and the day before I saw a pair of sandals that I wanted, there were only 2 pairs left. Although the first lady I asked told me they were sold out, when I mentioned it to Emely at the register, she found the only pair available at the store. I truly appreciate her time and kindness. She was very nice and patient. I love to see people working with so much passion as she does. Thank you”
“Greenstones is an excellent Upper West Side shop. They have a great selection of clothes and shoes and are very helpful. They have never steered me wrong with advice about sizing or products. They also have all kinds of little things like watches, hair accessories, and bracelets, so it is an excellent place to go if you want a Birthday gift. The owner of the store also beautifully wraps gifts which is nice because I am hopeless at it.”
