This is the best body shop I’ve been to. They’re honest, clean, fair, and do a great job. I’ve used them twice already, and when I realized my AC wasn’t working months later, they picked up my car, fixed it, and dropped it off. Talk about service! Great experience. They gave me a fair estimate, then charged me LESS, because they didn't have to replace a few parts. Completed the job in half the time the other shops needed. The car looks and drives like new. I highly recommend them.

they are very unprofessional! I went there, painted the bumper and fender and changed the headlight, he asked me for $1000, I agreed with the price, the first one they painted the rubber cover,they also painted the new headlights with ?♂️, the second one they removed the old headlights and the LED lamps that I had bought $150. third, they had placed the bumper with more space from the headlights

Had a great experience with Marc at Crown Auto Body in Garfield. He was extremely easy to work with, dropped off and picked up my car and fixed my damage in an extremely timely fashion and returned my car looking brand new. He took care of everything and made a stress inducing situation much less stressful. Highly recommend Marc and his team!

I strongly recommend Crown Auto Body. Their work is top notch, and their prices are so reasonable. They really take the stress out of having to do repairs. They picked up my car from my home, dealt with the insurance company on my behalf, and then brought the car back to my home in tip top shape. (They even cleaned and washed the entire car both inside and outside.)

I am beyond thrilled with my experience at Crown Auto Body in Garfield, NJ! Marc and Anthony made my life so simple in dealing with damage to my car, caused by a horrible driver, at no fault of mine. My practically new car is 100% perfect, once again, due to the expertise at Crown. The time frame given on how long the work would take to complete was exact. Having my car picked up and dropped off back home is PRICELESS and beyond excellent customer service!!

Amazing job done! Took my car in Wednesday and within 2 days it was ready. My car had a dent in the hood and someone keyed the whole side of my car and it was fixed perfectly!!! Not only did they do a wonderful job fixing it they also cleaned and wiped everything down inside of my car and the outside of it!!! Looks amazing. Very satisfied.
