Not for consumers, not open to the public, meaning there's no showroom. It's literally a warehouse, when I called the people on the phone were really nice and understanding. Kinda wished they did have a showroom though...

I really really loved the furniture beautiful designs and great quality. I’ve had my couch for about 4 years and it still looks brand new. Customer service is also really really great!
