This is an “old-school” vibe shop, and other people posting reviews mocking the gentleman for smoking a cigar are probably not man enough to own/ or even operate a firearm.”

Again, if my lack of knowledge was such an inconvenience, maybe just have a sign saying that unlike your competitors, you’re not willing to help beginners figure things out. I’ve been getting into the hobby and trying out different stores in the area, prioritizing the small businesses. I was really excited for Mike’s Gun Shop, especially given the amazing reviews.

What a disappointment when I showed up in person and was made to feel like an absolute inconvenience for having the audacity to need help figuring out what I needed to purchase.

Not sure what I did to upset them within 2s of walking. Anyways- that was my experience. Maybe I caught him on a bad day but I shouldn’t be on the receiving end of that.

Will stick to Bergen Sporting Goods, Louie Gs, and Longshot.”
