“I had a wonderful experience at Fish Hut. I purchased a fish tank and fish, and the team went above and beyond to make sure I had everything set up perfectly. Their friendly guidance made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Thank you for the incredible service!”
“This is a wonderful small business with very personable service and I have been going out of my way to support them for over 15 years living uptown here. I just wish they would finish their website so we can order online instead of calling! first because Chewy is probably decimating them and second because it truly would make it easier for me to place weekly orders. (I believe Shopify is not that expensive to set up for a small biz like this.) The ROV would be substantial. They absolutely must come up with a plan to incentivize customers. Some of their prices are comparable to or even slightly better than Chewy but some products are not competitively priced at all (to say the least). They need to do their research on that as well. Anyway, I really want them and other small businesses in the neighborhood to survive and thrive, but it's time for them to make a marketing move and improve our experience.”

“I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kloe's Kittens! She was incredibly detailed and clear in all of her communications from day one. We received weekly photos of our kitten and she always took the time to answer every question we had. She kept us informed at every step of the process, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Now that our kitten (now cat) is home, we couldn’t be happier. He is amazing—healthy, sweet, and exactly what we hoped for. I am so impressed with the level of care, transparency, and professionalism we received. Highly recommend!”

“I got my mini dachshund, Wally, on March 1st. Nearly 4 months later and I can report that he is totally healthy, happy and super smart! It was the best decision I have ever made.
Thank you to Sal! Not only does he love every puppy that comes through his doors, but he is very excited for YOU to become a dog parent! He made the whole process simple and I felt confident the day I took Wally home. It’s super clean inside and all the pups were well taken care of.
That first night in March I was certain I wouldn’t get any sleep but Wally slept through the night in his crate! And every night after (Although now he sleeps with me)! Luckily, he has also been very healthy. He was a bit under 3 pounds when I first got him but now he’s about 10 pounds! I mostly have him on the dog food they sent us home with.
I could go on furever on how much I love my dog. But if you’re thinking about it, please check out Silver Nickle Puppies. You will not regret it! Thank you again to everyone who works there!”

“Stopped in to pick up some favorite treats for my Mia at Woof Gang Bakery and Grooming in Glen Rock NJ. I’ve been looking for a better Kimble for her and have someone explain the benefits of the brand in great detail was a plus, I felt comfortable with my purchase and the change for Mia. This has always been our go to for our Mia’s needs, she’s a Shichon breed and likes all the products from this local Pet bakery and groomer!!!!”
“Clean, useful little store right in the middle of Montclair. The cashier was helpful and friendly. Good selection. As a local pet business owner myself I'm always happy to support local businesses! Will definitely be back!”

“I placed an order in the morning and received it by 3pm. it was for a large bag of dog food and it was placed right on my porch. This makes it much easier for me; a senior citizen with a large dog and a huge bag of dog food.”
“I recently got a special pupcake for my dog, Pi, from Axel & Tia's Pet Bakery in NYC, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect treat for my pup. The cupcake itself was beautifully made, smelled amazing, and—judging by how quickly Pi devoured it—absolutely delicious!
I love that Axel & Tia's uses high-quality, dog-safe ingredients, so I know I'm giving my furry friend something both tasty and healthy. The presentation was adorable, making it feel extra special. If you're looking for a treat to spoil your pup, I highly recommend this bakery. We'll definitely be back for more! ???”
“Fantastic place. It's impossible to find a place that exclusively serves cats, so to find this place is a blessing. Sherri is an amazing person with a wealth of knowledge and it always happy to greet you and answer any of your questions. They host different little workshops and often have local rescues over for adoption events.
I bought a crochet catnip toy about 2 years ago and my one cat is OBSESSED. I no longer live in the county but after two years the toy is falling apart. Thankfully I made my way to the store and they still have it in stock! I made sure to grab a few this time.”
“They always take such good care of my husky blue and leave him clean and happy. Blue is also very happy and comfortable to get groomed which is the best part since he won’t be anxious or upset about being dropped off or groomed.”

“Visited this Bird Store while in NJ after an appt. Greeted by very kind warm knowledgeable staff. The birds are so beautiful and appear well cared for. Handled throughout the day and daily. Nice family owned business as far as I was able to see. Go visit and see for yourself. You might just leave with a beautiful new companion 🦜”

“I popped in here to grab my dog a toy. They have a really nice collection. Prices are high but likely in line with other, similar Manhattan pet stores. I would come back.”
“My son got his King Charles' cavalier there. Great store.. great service. The man that owns it is always there to help you....and they do a great job of washing the Dog!”
“Was able to take my baby to bullyzone for her grooming service. i wanted something different and not just a basic shave down like how most other grooming places do. she normally hates going to the groomers and i always hear her barking non stop but with bullyzone she was perfectly calm and relaxed despite there had been other dogs ahead.
She’s a senior as well so i was worried she’d feel sick but she came out feeling and looking better than ever! will definitely come again, if you want something unique and different for your fluffy friend bullyzone is the perfect spot with the best pet care!

“This is the most versatile independant pet store in Manhattan. They have lots of stuff for cats & dogs & birds upstairs, and a basement with a fantastic selection of healthy fish, reptiles, snails, shrimp, and a few small hamsters etc. Truly a one stop shop!
Plus the staff are extremely helpful and friendly (one runs the upstairs and one runs the downstairs) and you know they know what they're doing since there's a resident cat, parrot, and tortoise to hang out with!”
“My kitten Amara was seen by Morgan (VA) and Dr. Tuttman.
Pros: The front staff is friendly and assists with any questions. The waiting time is reasonable. Morgan (VA) and Dr. Tuttman is professional, caring, and patient. They showed a lot of love to my kitten and shared a lot of information. Dr. Tuttman went above and beyond by teaching me how to cut Amara's nails, provided clear instructions on her medicine, and answered all my questions. I also received an email summary after the visit.
Cons: The package prices that cover more than 1 visit could be better. The company can provide better prices. I can afford the cost with 1 kitten, but it would not be the same for people who have more than 1 animal.”
“From Chicago to NJ, excellent work. My dog walked out with a Beautiful haircut and smelling really nice. Very impressed with this location. We’ll be back thank you guys! 10/10”
“We brought our 2 Treeing Walkers for baths, nails, ears, anal glands and teeth.
The owners and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
We especially like that the dogs are not caged prior to or after their baths.
Totally positive experience for our 2 hounds and us!”
“Love coming to this place to purchase cat food we need for our adopted cats and the feral ones we feed. Always have lower pricing on canned food and discount coupons as well. Our go-to place for cat food now instead of Chewy.”
“The lady that was working today was very nice and personable! I enjoyed talking with her and about different options to feed my leopard gecko. I never gave my gecko a dubia roach and she was telling me about it and I got 1 to try and my gecko as the it so fast 😂. I was surprised since he never had one before! So next time I'm in that area I will be stopping by again! They have great prices for the crickets and other bugs compared to other pet stores!”
“We love Tatiana who groomed my puppy this morning. She also groomed my last dog who was my heart. I would drive in from Ct. to have Tatiana work her magic. I would not go anywhere else and now my new puppy will be a happy girl at Towne House Grooming & Pet Supplies.”

“Excellent pet organized store they have a Banfield pet hospital here and a grooming center .Brandon helped me get the treats for dogs I was shopping for . However the refrigerator and freezer was broken and I had to cancel customers order because of it. The store is between the Burlington and Ulta beauty stores in the strip mall. Easy check out no line either .”
