I mostly do online pick up orders which are always timely fulfilled but picking up those orders is a different experience ..It's most times at least a 10 to 15 minute long wait; mind you-at least that long--waiting for someone to be free...
..Today I flagged down a manager who refused to stop whatever task he was doing; despite telling him I know which items are mine on the pick up shelf....

I love petsmart. I practically live there cause they know me by first name and know my pets names ???. I get to the store 20 mins before they close and leave 5 mins before they close. I'm ashamed to say I know their layout too well☺️. My pets have me by the neck with their diet ❤ and petsmart is affordable❤

Buyer a fish with them yesterday for my son and one of died today and they have a policy of returning the animals back and they give me a hard time doing it so I hope they don’t give it to me later on today this is the worse spot to go on planet earth

Me and my partner were trying to get snails tonight 5/31/24 at 8:58 pm while the doors were closed and locked . And I’m assuming the closing manager , literally came to the doors and said that they’re closed with the hand gesture . And I said you’re not , the hours said 9 .And as one of us was trying to walk in , he literally asked me “well are you going to be a minute ?” With an attitude . And I said “Yes but I don’t appreciate the attitude. “
And then literally closed the doors on me .
I took a photo of the man who closed the doors on me.
If he is a manager , he is the worst and I will spread his photos across the web so people know NOT to accept any services from him !

I bought a hamster around 3-4 days ago and he had ringworm. I went back in after speaking to the manager over the phone which he had a very dry response and overall I find it really unprofessional with how they handled the situation. There’s so much animal neglect going on in the store, the hamster I got was in a cage with other hamsters so most likely they have ringworm too. Not only are they not caring for their animals properly but putting your customers at risk for a disease is crazy! No apologies or nothing just a refund and the possibility of getting the hamster back after being told I’d receive updates but haven’t.

Ordered a calming recovery coat for our dog for after surgery and it came via door dash and it was used covered with dog hair. Not door dashes fault. Disgusting. Store should have checked this before placing back on shelf
