Yesterday afternoon I went to this store and the lady who was there took the products away from me and told me that they were for someone else, for other people she knows and I put them aside for her and hid them... she always has a very bad attitude... It is worth mentioning that it is PERUVIAN, I hope they move it to another store...

This is in regards to the pharmacy. This place needs to be legit investigated by Walgreens itself or some government authority. It's the most unorganized disaster of a pharmacy I've ever dealt with... the employees have NO CLUE what they're talking about and the wait times are so bad. The problem is obvious, the volume that pharmacy handles in such a small physical space with not enough/inept staff is a disaster waiting to happen. Use another location.

Big yikes. Horrible and rude employees at the front check out. They needed a manager for a simple cash deposit. Not going here again thanks.

0 stars is what I want to give. The pharmacy, meant to help patients in need, is simple the worse pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Rudest pharmacist and assistants, no care for the needs of the patients, absolute disgusting behavior. I can give all my information and my families information for you to confirm how rude, disrespectful and how in all cases they did not so what they are supposed to. I’ve been miserable this couple days because that have failed to do their jobs!

I’ve never had THIS many issues with a pharmacy. The workers are inept and the system is dysfunctional. I just moved and switched to them and have provided them with all my update information and even had my rx company call them directly to provide them with the correct information and their system STILL is switching my prescriptions to my old last name and not saving my updated rx info. Blaming it on my doctors when it’s really them. So fed up. AVOID at all costs.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my friend. We went to the Pharmacy 10/06/22 at 6:45pm to purchase a covid test. The pharmacy tech told us we can get it at the front. But my friend needed a few and said he wanted to use his insurance. When the bigger girl requested his demographics she was even more annoyed to find out he was a new patient which involved her doing just a little bit more of her job. In the end she simply just got too annoyed and forced us to go to the front and purchase the covid tests with cash when our insurance would have covered it.

This location was much better as Rite Aid. The biggest issue is poor management in both the store and pharmacy.My husband called 7/13/22 to ask a question. After 2 hours on the phone he was told they couldn’t reach doctor. On 7/14 he called about his other prescriptions and was told 1 was filled the others he had to come after 7 no help and was advised that 7/15 the pharmacy will be closed no help!! We went to pick up prescriptions 7/14 at 815 pm waited 40 minutes on drive thru to be told they were not ready!!!! We waited and on 1 prescription it was 90 days they gave him 6 pills.I called the so called store manager and spoke with Betty. She was a great excuse maker. Said maybe they didn’t have rest of pills. Maybe the long wait was the car in front of you, maybe inside the store was busy. Corporate has been made aware of this. Management stinks and so does the pharmacy and staff. Will definitely be going to another pharmacy.

I used to swear by this place when it was Rite Aid, it has drastically went down hill since.Like I never once saw a sign on the drive thru window saying the window is closed and to come inside. (The drive thru was always the main reason I went there)My biggest issue is the fact that they just don't care! I had went to the ER and I was extremely sick, unfortunately one of the medications wasn't covered under insurance. Normally the pharmacy is supposed to get into contact with a doctor to get a generic or an alternative medication.Not Walgreens. They can care less if you get your medication or not.
