This store carries just about everything you need in order to get a cell phone and accessories. Well staffed with knowledge associates. Went to get an extra line and home internet access and was in and out in 20 minutes. Amazing. Plenty of parking spots all around.

So strange. I wanted to restore my husbands account and they said it was completely closed and the number was given out. I called customer service and they restored it and my husband got his number back.

Am a longtime customer and came to get upgrades to our family plan. Came on a week day evening and I was greeted right away, was impressed with the great service I was given. Had a great salesman Mr.Ariel he was so patient and knowledgeable, helped us so much and explained patiently to my mom her new phone details and to all our family the different phone options. This is by far one of the best TMOBILE shops near the area that has great service and knowledgeable salesman.The weekends is usually crowded because it’s located in a small strip mall. To avoid waiting go on the week day and get quick service. Thanks again to our Excellent Salesman ! Mr. Ariel for helping our family with our new phones.

Not sure of all the low scores here? I went inside this store recently to make a purchase. It was early morning and the store was a bit busy. But I was helped quickly . Got my item I wanted and left. Went smoothly IMO. The staff was nice. I have no complaints about the service as well.

Extremely unhelpful staff. I ordered a new phone on T-Mobile website with trading in the old. Took the phone there and they stated NJ stores do not accept trade returns. Very rude and disrespectful, the 800 customer service told me the opposite which is why I went to the store. I then proceeded to another store fair lawn and they gladly helped me.Avoid the Garfield NJ store, it’s filled with ride and unprofessional staff

I paid my bill in cash I wanted a receipt she told me to take a picture of it did not like that as well as paying in person there was an extra $5 fee tacked on it's getting crazy it's costing me just to pay the bill also

THIS STORE IS A SCAM. DENIED A CLAIM ON MY PHONE FOR WATER DAMAGE WHEN THE WORK AUTHORIZATION FROM THE APPLE STORE IN PARAMUS CLEARLY STATES THE SYSTEM CRASHED DUE TO AN UPDATE OF 17.0 AND FILED ANOTHER WARRANTY WITH TMOBILE. HAVE A PRINTOUT FROM UPS THAT THE SECOND PHONE WAS DELIVERED TO THE GARFIELD TMOBILE STORE TODAY 9/21/23 AT 10:09 AM SIGNED FOR BY A PERTERKIN, RUDE SALESMAN WITH A BEARD AND DARK PRETTY SURE HIS NAME IS OSCAR INSISTS THE PHONE WAS NOT DELIVERED. CALLED TMOBILE, AND THEY SPOKE WITH THIS EMPLOYEE WHO REFUSED TO GIVE HIS NAME, ID NUMBER, AND NAME OF THE MANAGER WHO DENIED THE CLAIM YESTERDAY. TURNS OUT THIS STORE IS A THIRD PARTY AND KNOWN FOR SCAMS. WA TOLD THIS DIRECTLY FROM A MANAGER FROM A CORPORATE TMOBILE. I FILLED A COMPLAINT WITH TMOBILE CORPORATE AND FILED A REPORT WITH THE GARFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT.

Needs better customer service and management I been with T-Mobile for 14years spent so much money with them and the service received is so disappointing .Really thinking of just switching to Verizon because I can’t even deal with them anymore . Such a big company yet unable to do anything for loyal customers then why are they around absolutely useless if they can’t help when needed ……..

Needs better customer service and management. All employees had attitude and kept denying our request to help us call the insurance saying that the new management didn’t allow them to. We used to to it before.
