“This place was fantastic! I blew a tire on my travel trailer on the Thruway And I was towed to Mahwah To a tire place that was supposed to have what I needed. When we got there, they didn’t and I called at least a dozen local tire places with zero success. I called this place and the guy was so helpful although he did not have the exact tire I needed. He was able to sell me another one that was very similar. I ended up buying two which meant I needed to drive back to my trailer. Install the one tire bring the trailer back to him to install the second tire. The place stayed open an hour later for a complete stranger and saved my family vacation!!!! Had it not been for them my travel Trailer would have been sitting in the middle of a grocery store parking lot certainly overnight. My food would have spoiled and we never would have been able to get back on the road the same evening. Good people still exist! Luckily I live pretty local and will be using them from here on out!”

“My one tire has been leaking and requiring air almost every two weeks. I went to another place who stated nothing was wrong, but if I wanted to I would have to change all four tires because they “do not make my tires anymore since you have an older car” . I went to Omar’s after reading his excellent reviews. He was extremely welcoming, and in no time fixed my tire and did an oil change I needed as well. My tire had a nail that the other place missed! The prices were also extremely reasonable. I will definitely be a repeat customer!”
“Went for headlight and even though they were full of cars with limited time they listened to me and found a way to service me even though my car required time removing the front fender and I also got my oil change done with full synthetic oil and was able to negotiate a great deal to top it off. I had a mechanic I was loyal to but they motivated me to switch today. I’ll be setvicing all my family’s cars here going forward.”

“Rich & crew replaced the 46RE trans in my 1999 Dakota RT. Previous shop: was Gold Seal, closed, in Upper Saddle River. Big trans, 5.9 engine and a tight fit. A Perfect job, + reversed flowed the trans cooler.
4 years later, it runs perfect, driven 366 days a year, towing, and loaded with tools or heavy Home Depot items.
Repeat customer, I travel from Long Island for this shop and I'm frequently stuck in traffic for hours on the GW Bridge. Trans: never over-heats, and shifts perfect.”

The mechanic kindly WALKED to our car to pump air into the flat tire, drove it to the shop, and fixed it within less than 30 minutes! He was so kind, professional, and helpful. “I had a flat tire and the local guy from Roadside Assistance recommended Omar. I knew all four tires were on their final miles so I was ready to replace all four. Omar kindly went over the various tire alternatives and compared the pricing and ratings of the various tires available on Tire Rack (which really is the lowest out there). He then compared it to the pricing of the local vendors and showed there wasn't a notable difference. Needing to get done immediately, I opted for the local vendor. The whole job from the minute I walked in the door, ordering the tires and installing took two hours. They did a fantastic job! Honest guys!”

“Great service. They are fair and reasonable. We have used them periodically throughout the year. Recently we used them for an AC Repair. The initial fix did not work but I am happy to relay that when contacted they quickly took the car in and serviced it while I waited. The AC is now working fine which is useful as the weather is getting hotter. It put me at ease knowing that they guarantee their work and were good about taking the car back on short notice. I would highly recommend this repair shop and would use them again.”
