Why is the color so different ? expectation/reality

I’ve shopped at wawa my whole life, lived in different parts of New Jersey and PA. I wish the service at this one was a little better. It seems like every wawa in this area has staff that doesn’t have their heart in their work. Ordered a custom breakfast sandwich with ham and there was only ham on half the sandwich, the egg was half on the bread and half out of the sandwich. Attention to detail was like McDonalds staff working there. There are some associates that are consistently pleasant but I’ve had struggles with the sandwhich counter and cold drinks attendants. Not all of them. But it could definitely be better. Sometimes I have to make a request and I just don’t feel like bothering anymore feeling like I’m a hassle to them. The one in North Bergen was pretty bad too. It’s like you have to be in. Rural are in North Jersey for them to care about you.

Almost all pumps were closed, only 1 was open but no gas station attendants, employee inside was no help, I thought it was illegal to pump your own gas in New Jersey?

Spanish cashier has horrible attitude needs some serious customer service training the sandwiches are ok nothing special at this wawa brings discredit to this awesome chain

Seem to have less than half the gas pumps open at any given time. Please hire more gas attendants

Do not door dash food from them gave me old food and I caught food poisoning very disgusting I order food in the morning and caught a very bad stomach ache

They don’t communicate with clients in a humane way, as if they are giving food for free; you don’t need to buy food from them at all

Its a Wawa, if youre hungry they got a sandwich and a cold drink. Don't go here late at night.

i was having a stressful day in the rain after going thru my storage unit and stopped in for a phone charger,,, long story short, ej, the main upfront cashier/ customer service person was super helpful, understanding, and professional, the other staff were also,, thank you

Could not wait to be in New Jersey again to I could pit stop at Wawa love them great place to get a to salad wrap sandwich and so much more . I miss you Wawa .
