“Absolutely blown away by the work from Wohlrab Detailing and Anthony. From start to finish the entire experience was professional, detailed, and genuinely impressive. You can tell Anthony truly takes pride in what he does and treats every vehicle like it’s his own. We had my mom’s 2015 Hyundai Elantra detailed before selling it, and I honestly could not believe the transformation. The car looked showroom ready — the paint had incredible shine, the interior looked refreshed and spotless, and every little detail was taken care of. It genuinely looked years newer. Because of the condition Anthony got the car into, we were able to sell it for top dollar. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of his work. The attention to detail was next level and nothing felt rushed or overlooked. In a world where it’s hard to find people who truly care about their craftsmanship, Anthony stands out. Honest, hardworking, super professional, and unbelievably talented at what he does. We are beyond thankful and will absolutely be using Wohlrab Detailing again in the future. Highly, highly recommend to anyone looking to make their vehicle look brand new again.”

“2nd job that Mr. Flow did on my 2008 Nissan Altima, the first being the replacement of trim on my car. I had to acknowledge the excellent work they did repairing both the upper and lower after market grills on my car. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and my car was returned looking better than when I brought it in. I have already informed them of my intrest in having another job done to my car in the very near future. The service was excellent from top to bottom. This, for me, helps in maintaining my car both inside and out and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Updating this original post. I have returned twice, including this post. The first time was a paint job of my calipers and brake drums. This last time was to replace damaged tail lights. The work was done on both jobs in a timely manner and most importantly professionalism in workmanship. Their commitment to excellence is why I will remain a customer and, again, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Flow to anyone.”

“My vehicle was delivered to this repair shop after it broke down on the side of the road. My boyfriend found the shop and had it towed there. I was initially resistant to the repair shop checking all aspects of the vehicle because I had a previous evaluation done stating the starter wasn't working. However, the shop's leader said he would do what I asked, but the car hasn't been fully checked. After further examination, the shopkeeper found that the engine was blown. I was grateful that I didn't move forward with a starter.”

“I first went to this body shop for a major damage assessment on my Tesla. I did not realize they do not handle Tesla repairs, but Temur (guess I have the name right) was extremely helpful. He gave me practical advice and guided me on the options available. That advice helped me later during the insurance claim process. I was so impressed with his honesty and professionalism that I brought my other car, an SUV, to address some minor scratches. Temur took the time to inspect every detail and explained all available options, from a full repair to a simple touch-up. At no point did he try to push their services or upsell anything. Even though he knew I might not proceed with a repair, he still went above and beyond. He provided matching paint so I could touch up the damaged area myself. I offered to pay for the paint, but he refused to take any money. That level of honesty and customer service is rare nowadays. What more can you ask for from a body shop? I am extremely impressed and would highly recommend them!”

“Overall, my experience with Certified Bumper Repair was exceptional. Top-tier service that meets service level agreement and customer satisfaction. The following are some of the takeaways that defines exceptional service: Mission Statement - Do it right the first time. There is a sign at the location, which the work ethics are based on. This says a lot And adds to the craftsmanship of their work. Customer Service - Clear communication from the ladies that work in the office on the work that is being done. Always updating the customer on progress and next steps. These are key when building trust and allowing an organization to do work on your car. Repair Quality -Genuine Lexus Replacement Parts used to repair the vehicle from the Lexus dealer. More over, the craftmanship of Jose, Junior And the team's practices set the bar for delivering quality service while working on the project. The car looks new from the factory. After repair - Building a relationship, a customer service relationship where customers are comfortable and satisfied with the service. I made a request after the repair. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule and satisfy the need for my request.”
