“Freak one car accident resulted in front end of very low mileage 2013 CAMRY XLE to be 95% separated from body without apparent mechanical damage. Some obvious damaged or broken grille, lights, hardware.I have no fair way to compare Premier Collision to any other shop except my insurance company requires a specific appraiser to review and approve claim. Using another shop would require a “Field Appraisal” or a couple of days delay. I opted to use the recommend vendor, Premier.I hoped for very fast repair but expected the usual delays. Assess damage, prepare estimates, await approvals, order parts, receive parts, schedule staff assignments, complete repairs. Add in the pre and post Christmas season, and I was able to accept 24 days from the day, 12/9, that the car was towed to Premier and 1/2/24, the day Kayla from Premier called to tell me the car was ready and picked me up at home because of family emergency.Kayla and Operations manager, Willie, were responsive to my inquires and very understanding of my concerns. I recognize the difficulty in providing status reports when there is reliance on numerous outside partners, especially during the “holiday” season.I would definitely recommend Premier to a friend for consideration.”

“I would definitely recommend Franks’s and will continue to bring my cars. Tom and team are very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and communicate clearly. They helped source a part that isn’t readily available and they were very open to work on a 30 year old classic vehicle. It’s hard to find places that offer this level of service these days and Frank’s delivers!
Update Oct 1st:
I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.
Update Dec 4th:
The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.”

There was a small wiring issue from reassembly when I got the car back, Abel fixed it personally and got it back to me the next day at no additional charge. A friendly neighborhood business!”

I took my 2024 Toyota Highlander for repair and the owner and estimator were very nice and I got it back when they promised and you couldn't even tell it was ever hit. They did a great job and I want to let them know that I was satisfied and they took care of all of the back and forth with the insurance company. I would highly recommend based on my experience”
“I feel awkward even having to leave a review based on incomplete repair … we picked up our vehicle after being called and told it was ready .. only to find that the car had begun smoking 20 minutes after driving back home … we were told to observe it over the weekend as it was likely just water on or in the hoses being expelled since the radiator had been replaced when (Infact this looks to be antifreeze that I am wiping off that seems to be splashing everywhere under the hood). I come out this morning and peek under the hood to top the vehicle off with windshield fluid and notice and entire section of the air intake assembly was not properly secured to the vehicle.. I should not be able to
Lift this section almost a foot away from where it should be secured by bolts…this is frustrating since we returned our rental and now will have no clue of the length of time it may take to have this fixed the RIGHT way ‼️

“Ultimate Collision is ULTIMATELY the best choice when it comes to collision restoration. I've had work done at Ultimate Collision on a few different cars (including sports cars), over the past several years, and I have always had a positive experience, as well as suburb outcomes. Jerry, the owner, is very professional, personable, and patient. He never rushes me when initially assessing the damage to my car, and he takes the time to explain the details of the process in a way I can understand.
His staff members, especially Bridget and Orville, provided excellent customer service. They provided me with a lot of assistance with the insurance process, and they kept me updated the whole time, which really put my mind at ease.
