This has to be one of the worst Pharmacy's I have ever used. I ordered a refill online with a confirmation only to be told it did not take in their system. Attempt #2 called in my refill received full confirmation and that the order was ready only to be told they don't have it and have to wait till the next day again. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told call the 1800 number its not their problem the system does not work.
One of the worst customer service experiences!!

worst experience of my life at a CVS. Norma Jean at the register and honestly a racist woman. Already keeping an eye on us since we started to shop. If I could give a zero I would. My partner pays for his items in the self checkout lane and there’s a glitch that says we need assistance. Mind you he paid for his items and received a notification of the transaction. We try to explain that to Norma Jean and she completely goes “ No. You didn’t” and kept repeating that. Threw his items back into the basket and put them behind the register. Doesn’t even acknowledge what we even said. We have to go back in line and we try to explain to her that we already paid for his items. She then again says “ no, the transaction didn’t go through” despite us showing her the bank statement and email receipt from not even 5 minutes ago. We had to provide her with the receipt number so she can go “check” and then comes back and doesn’t even apologize or acknowledge that she was wrong. All while the manager pokes her head out and doesn’t even come to help out with the situation. She starts to go one by one reading the items on the receipt and placing said items inside the bag. Then says “ how does this item say taxable item” “ how did you do that” in an accusatory tone. We told her that we scanned it and that’s what it came up as. Once she scans the item it literally matches the price of the item. She can’t even look us in the eye at this point because she knows that she’s wrong. At this point I didn’t even want to purchase my own items because I’m fed up. I call the store to inform the manager and all she said was “ I’m sorry, I’ll talk to her” over and over again. Never again shopping at this location.

Customer service at the pharmacy could be much better. Very rude and it was like we were interrupting her on personal time.

I utilize their pharmacy services, which are consistently high-volume and (in my opinion) have recently experienced operational inefficiencies. However, pharmacist Joe and technician Noele are SuperStars! They both provide exceptional service and contribute significantly to positive customer experiences.

I Absolutely enjoy shopping at CVS! I save so much money every single time I shop here. Also, by joining the CVS Carepass, which is so inexpensive, I save a ton of money! I couldn't be happier!

I brought a $100.00 Ebay Gift Card from this store for one of my patients and the Gift Card was invalid. They forward me to customer care who then forward me to the vendor. Ebay forwarded me back to the store. Needless to say, my patient is out of $100.00. Mind you the Manager at the store opened up another gift card and there was only 11 digits on the card instead of the 13 digits which is needed for Ebay.

This pharmacy is always chaotic. Nobody answers the phone when you call and when you go in the wait/service is terrible. Switching back to CVS on South Ave asap.
Edit: Pharmacy gave me the wrong RX. 5MG instead of 10MG. Had to go back for them to fix when the pills in my container marked 10MG did not match the pill descriptions described on the container. Received a non round pill with a L and 29, should have been round pill with L and 32. Turns out they gave me the correct drug but the 5MG tablet. I likely wouldn’t have caught if I it was my first time to take this RX. Stay away…

This pharmacy does not know what they’re doing. I go there every month (on time for my next prescription) and there is always an issue. I get blood taken every month for one of my medications. This pharmacy messed up TWICE (and once every month) with this prescription. If I don’t get my medication within a week I have to get my blood taken again, and no one wants to do that. I’m always on top of everything and I do not like pushing off my medications. This pharmacy has frustrated to the point of wanting to stop my treatment. DEFIANTLY SWITCHING AND YOU SHOULD TO! Every medication gets messed up and they treat customers poorly.

The worst pharmacy ever !!! I dropped of a prescription on Tuesday. I come back on Wednesday to pick it up and they can't find it. After waiting 25 minutes I'm told by the pharmacist she will call the Dr and request a new prescription. Almost 3 hours later no call back. I go back and I am told pharmacist left for the day! I'm told sorry I don't have an answer for you !!!! Now I understand why they have only two stars.
