Freak one car accident resulted in front end of very low mileage 2013 CAMRY XLE to be 95% separated from body without apparent mechanical damage. Some obvious damaged or broken grille, lights, hardware.I have no fair way to compare Premier Collision to any other shop except my insurance company requires a specific appraiser to review and approve claim. Using another shop would require a “Field Appraisal” or a couple of days delay. I opted to use the recommend vendor, Premier.I hoped for very fast repair but expected the usual delays. Assess damage, prepare estimates, await approvals, order parts, receive parts, schedule staff assignments, complete repairs. Add in the pre and post Christmas season, and I was able to accept 24 days from the day, 12/9, that the car was towed to Premier and 1/2/24, the day Kayla from Premier called to tell me the car was ready and picked me up at home because of family emergency.Kayla and Operations manager, Willie, were responsive to my inquires and very understanding of my concerns. I recognize the difficulty in providing status reports when there is reliance on numerous outside partners, especially during the “holiday” season.I would definitely recommend Premier to a friend for consideration.

Horrible service and even worse turn around time. Still had issues like dash lights blinking when there wasn't any.

Absolutely awful service. It took over 5 months(!!) to have our car fixed. Every week we’d call and were always told they’d call back that day. Not once in 5 months did they actually call us back until the car was finally ready. They were constantly confused, when we’d give them our name/car make they never seemed to know where the car was/the status of the repair. Our awful experience seems to be on par with the rest of the reviews I’m now seeing. Avoid at all costs!

I just received my vehicle after over 7 weeks at Premier. Getting this car fixed was an immensely frustrating experience. I was given an estimate for a minor collision where the front bumper cover and hood were replaced. First, a manager at Premier submitted our claim wrong causing issues with the insurance company. We were assured communication was a highlight of the experience there, and we were told we'd get regular updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays. While we did receive a number of calls, these amounted to, "It's not done yet." Eventually I had to start calling because we would receive texts saying the car would be ready this week, and then radio silence. Finally, after getting someone to admit the car was done, and was waiting to be "released" I called to schedule a pickup the following day and was told tomorrow was the big day. I called the next day and no one answered (there is no answering machine). I called 9 am the following day when they opened and someone answered from a cell phone on their way into the office and told me I would get a call in 10 minutes from the manager telling me the car was ready. An hour later I decided to just drive over to the office. I was introduced to a different manager, Edwin Ruiz(sp?), who dismissed my concerns, told me I "Didn't know how cars work", and when I said I did, he patronizingly told me how much I could be making working for him among other odd statements. Because this shop is one of several locations (even he didn't know how many) there is NO ACCOUNTABILITY. The manager just blamed things on the centralized computer network. He threatened not to release my car because I requested an itemized list of all the parts and labor on the car, saying he was only releasing my car after 7 weeks and 500 dollar deductible "in good faith". If I acted with half the attitude to my clients that this man gave me, I'd never work again. Having issues with your car is stressful enough as it is, nobody should have to deal with this garbage on top of that. Save your money, go somewhere else. And if your insurance sends you here for an estimate? Tell them to check the reviews next time.Edit: After posting reviews on several sites it also looks like Premier has been posting fake reviews under the name of their receptionist.Service: Body & Trim

Disgusting.

Had an accident in September 2022 and although I was warned there were supply chain issues, the parts didn’t become available until December (or so I was told). I was given three separate appointments to drop off my vehicle for repairs. Each time I was told the parts were not available. The second time I showed up in person and told the same story. The third time I said I was dropping the car off and to be called with updates. They had my car for a month before I was told the headlamp wasn’t there. Out of desperation I found an headlamp on Amazon and offered to order it and ship it to them, they never called me back. Each week it was a different story because then the hood apparently wasn’t available either. I called my insurance provider to investigate because I was exhausted by the run around. Finally by the end of January I got a notification that work had begun (I dropped it off 12/14/22). I was notified on 2/3/23 that it was completed and picked it up on 2/6/23 since it was a weekend when it was completed. They offered to return the rental for me, which I refused, and good thing because apparently insurance stopped paying on 1/31. So now it’s up to me to speak to my insurance to make sure I’m not charged for the days the car was still in repair. Overall the communication was extremely lax and my experience is not one I’d like to repeat, so I do not recommend working with this company.Service: Body & Trim
