My favorite post office . The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Everything is done clearly and quickly, no fuss . Love the place . I wish this office to prosper and the staff to be healthy and happy !

I have a negative experience every time I visit. The clerk is rude and disrespectful. She’s been rude whenever I ask a question, try to buy packing supplies, or need to ship a package. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We have lived here for 9 years & adjacent town for 30 years...we love THIS post office! The staff are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Parking is easy, driveway mailbox easy to drop off esp helpful in inclement weather. Best post office around

The clerk took all my packages except for 1 package & said that I had to get back on line for the last package. I said that is ridiculous. I only have 1 more package. She said there are people waiting on & I said that is not my fault. She refused to take the last package. So, went tp a different post office.This horrible clerk who doesn't know anything about customers service. Horrible experience at the Garwood post office!!!! .She should be fired!!!

We came to the post office to get passports renewed and to get new ones issued for our children. We made our appointments on-line a couple weeks in advance. We parked easily in the lot. We were seen immediately for our appointment at 9am on a Saturday. Our passport photos all turned out well! Lisa helped us through the process and she was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. We on the other hand were disorganized, stressed out, and dealing with noisy toddlers. Lisa and the other employees could have easily been annoyed with us but instead were helpful and amazing to work with! We really appreciated the service we received today and would highly recommend this post office location for passports and anything else.

A very nice post office with an easy-to-access drive-up mailbox, ample parking. The desk staff is very capable and friendly. Overall, a very user-friendly facility.

3 out of 3 times terrible expierence. The workers here are nasty and rude. Apparently a 7th grader is too young to mail out a package for mommy while she waits in the car with a sleeping baby. Absolutely ridiculous. Went to UPS store in Cranford and it was no problem whatsoever and they were kind to her. Save yourself the headache and go ANYWHERE but here!
