Just look at all the bad reviews. The pharmacist at this location has no customer service skills at all, back to back days of coming in and being ignored. A simple acknowledgment would be nice. Clearly just wants you to go to the other local locations.

If I could give zero stars, I would! My husband went there to pick up a scrip and it wasn’t ready. When he complained the woman actually told him to go somewhere else! Due to my diagnosis eleven years ago, we spend a fortune at CVS. It’s unbelievable that they encourage us to use a different pharmacy!
When you call there you can’t speak to the pharmacy. You have to leave a message and get called back. Poor customer service
Since Clementon CVS closed we’ve had nothing but problems with the Gibbsboro store. Nasty, miserable pharmacist too. We have to use a store farther from home. They don’t care.

CVS Pharmacy on Gibbsboro Road is the absolute worst. I recommend going to other CVS pharmacies. Sylvia and Annie (or Ana) are the rudest people I have ever encountered.
Sylvia has an awful attitude and should not be customer-facing. Annie (or Ana) is incompetent and messed up my daughter's information in the CVS system, delaying my child's prescription. I overheard Sylvia telling her to override it, but she refused because she said she didn't want her name to override it. So Annie (or Ana) had the power to fix the issue, and she chose not to and would rather a sick child suffer. That's a special kind of evil person.
NEVER again. Although this location is closest to my house, I will drive back to Cherry Hill where I know the service is stellar.

I have drop off a prescription at pharmacy 5 days ago and requested to pharmacist to pls refill when it’s time and I’ll pick when it’s ready , but 2 days after the prescription date they still didn’t fill and when I go to the store , they don’t even have an idea that it’s due ,
I miss 2 days of my medication doses and on top of it they said they don’t have enough pills to fill , I have took my script back
I think This is retaliation from pharmacy for a bad review that I gave last time , if you don’t want bad reviews do better not harassing customers , I’m going to reach out to corporate ,
Who will loose the customer! Not me !

On Thursday I refilled an asthma inhaler online. It is now Saturday and it still says my order is being processed. Doesn’t say it’s not in stock or insurance issues or anything like that. Just that they’re working on it..and yes I have plenty of refills. How long could it possibly take to slap a label on a box. They don’t even have to count pills or anything.

Meets my needs for medications and vaccines. Don't have to wait very long when I have a scheduled appointment. Sometimes they do seem a bit overwhelmed but seem pleasant enough.

It's 7:57am, I been here since 7:40am this CVS is supposed open at 8, the manager is just pulling up now and going in. Most people have to be at work at 8, CVS should be open alot earlier, and your management should be arriving atleast 30 mins before open to set up, count drawers etc not to mention she parked 3 spots down from the front door. Employees should be parking at the back of the lot and not taking up the nearest spot to the front door.

Absolutely the WORST pharmacy in the area!!!! A simple prescription pickup takes hours, prescriptions are not filled on time, I'm transferring my prescriptions somewhere else.
