“Took my car in for some bodywork on a Monday and was told it would be a week , which is no problem for me . Got a call on Wednesday saying my car is ready , got there and not only was it ready they also had it washed and detailed, those are the things that make me want to give them my business whenever I have a problem. “Walking in I was greeted and treated with the upmost respect possible from twin and a woman I forgot her name but she was really really nice he gave me a solid great deal on fixing and painting my car and wasn’t pushy on me getting the work done there He showed me around his body shop and I was amazed with his work this is a great place for all body/collision and painting. “I can’t imagine there is any body shop out there with more informed and kind people than A Park Auto Body. Tom and crew took care of me from day 1 informing me about the process, the potential repairs, and reassuring me that the job would be done with top quality or not done at all.
Ultimately after their due diligence, the car was deemed at total loss but their support didn’t stop there. Tom gave me so many tips on car shopping, giving input on my thought process, and recommendations for getting tints done.

“I had a very bad day traveling long distance for work last week. Car engine started misfiring while on the NJ Turnpike. I was towed off and Caliper Collision was the nearest auto related shop I could find. Although they do not do engine repairs, they were so nice and helpful in spending the time to give me a complimentary engine diagnostic and confirm the specific engine issue.
I apologize I didn't remember the names of the front desk lady and the technician that helped me. While that day was overall horrible, thank you both for bringing some optimism into it! It's so rare in my experience for people to go out of the way like this and help others that I just wanted to send my thanks!!!”

Verone’s did an outstanding job fixing my bumper that was badly damaged on my 2012 Maxima. My car looks like new. I would definitely use Verones in the future. Additionally, they deduced $198.00 from the price as they did not have to repair the undercarriage. I am now keeping my car rather than purchase a new sedan. Excellent, professional and trustworthy shop.”

First, the repairs were impeccable, leaving the car looking like new. Second, Caliber's customer service team at this location is phenomenal. Roseanne at the front desk was friendly, personable, and helpful. Trevor managed my case from beginning to end, and he was exceptionally clear and professional throughout. I received regular updates via phone about the progress they were making on my repairs, and they even went out of their way to show me where some prior improper repairs had been made by the previous owner.
