We liked the shirts .. but not many colors or options . They just had a white and blue shirt . No other colors ! Pant quality was good though. Service was ok .. billing was quick. 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Tadpoles to Toddlers is a great place to shop. The items she has in her store are in great shape. When my grandson comes to visit we always make sure we stop to o do some shopping. “Excellent experience! I went to look for a baptism outfit for my son (1.5 weeks before the event). I live over an hour away from the shop. I had exceptional customer service and was able to text and receive pictures of options that they had in stock in my son’s size. I received 16 images via text, made the drive, and had a wonderful experience. We left with a beautiful outfit, hat, socks, shoes and a bib. Highly recommend!”
“Love to shop here anytime, great variety and colorful collection make me go again and again. I found the beach wear/summer wear at flexible/reasonable prices after checking in multiple other stores. Even the accessories here are beautiful. Left a star because of two things. One, after two washes the cloth is becoming like dried leafy vegetables and dull and two, they are selling kinder joy at billing counter which they are charging $5, actual price is not even $2 at grocery stores. Kids obviously do tantrums for chocolates at billing counters and they are making it cash.”

Yolanda is who first helped me 6 years ago and I always ask for her till this day. She's so warm and on the rare occasion I bring both my girls she's incredibly welcoming to them too. The clothes are exquisite and with such great customer service, there's no need to shop elsewhere. Thank you!”

“I want to express my gratitude for this business and what they have to offer. I just love this place and the staff! I've been coming here for years to buy for so many people, on so many occasions, and I wouldn't consider another place as this is my one-stop shop! The Red Balloon has everything everyone would ever need; the variety of clothing and the uniqueness of it all. Hats off to the owner for her selections and also Jane, the best sales person, ever! I just love Jane. Jane has been instrumental in helping me every single time I come into the store, with so many outfits. She puts such care, love and passion into everything she does and she does work very hard! I see her helping everyone and I will pick things out but consult her expertise. She will always find things to add to my collection, to add that extra spark. As a result, the receivers of the gifts are always so happy and they send me pictures in the outfits. This place makes a lot of babies and kids very happy. Thank you, thank you and I will be in soon, again, for more goods. Another occasion is coming up!”

“The black female manager there at the Gap in Westfield who goes by Rita was incredibly helpful, & so customer oriented, also the sales person working with her! They were FABULOUS & would get so many more stars if possible for being so nice, & extremely helpful! Great team work besides the store being very clean! Again I was so happy that this manager even reminded me about my points when I was ready to make my purchases! This doesn't happen often, so I wanted to jump for joy! In the past I worked at Saks, & especially when I was employed by Nordstroms I was nominated quite a few times & won for going above, & beyond with clients, & won the ALL Star award so I know all about customer service! Thank you kindly for making my visit there exceptional! Sending wishes for the staff at the Westfield Gap to have a great fall season! Gel”

“I had the greatest experience here. I needed to get a baby gift and I had a short break in the middle of my workday. I ran over and explained to the Young woman what I was looking for. She promptly helped me to choose some appropriate gifts and then she wrapped them for me. While she was wrapping, I called the salon where I work and I asked the receptionist to get my appointment shampooed. Then I paid and was on my way. A couple of hours later, my receptionist comes in to my room and tells me that the girl from precious cargo called to see if there is a Dana that works here. Apparently when she was wrapping my gifts she left one of the items out. She called around to several different salons to find me, and then delivered the gift. She even added some extra ribbon so that I could open the wrapping and re-close it. I wish I knew her name because to say this gal went above and beyond is an understatement”

“I came into the store on Sunday 3/9/25 to get some items for my niece. When I walked in I was greeted by Karen and she helped me pair outfits together and provided great service. If the manager Karen was not there and helpful I probably would of just turned around and went to target to shop.

“I spent a long time at this GAP store today being helped by the most amazing and patient employee Najla. She helped me purchase the wonderful clothes for my latest grand daughter which I had tried to order online (but the GAP's online platform is quite lousy) and helped me pick out more clothes I wanted to purchase. The real kudos comes from her patience however when we tried but failed to charge my older GAP card that had been closed for lack of use (still got the sale emails thus the online statement above) and then tried but failed to input the temporary card number after I opened a new account. I was able to get all the deals however using a different credit card. This entire event took 2 hours! Najla was amazing. If you go on weekends you'll see her (she has a regular day job elsewhere).
And GAP credit card services is horrible and they still don't know what the issue is but a card does give you great deals.”

“Conveniently located in Menlo Park mall. Cant believe I never went inside this shop. I really liked it this time. Lots and lots of men’s showrooms but H&M is really affordable. Price was really good . Got some tshirts for 9.99. And the quality was good.
Service was ok. Could be better .. billing can be a bit quick . Got some tshirts and shorts for my kid and itt for him well. Spent a decent amount for clothing . Liked it overall. ??”
