So disappointed. Old Navy claims to be body positive, and size inclusive etc. Well, how surprising it was to come to shop and when I asked an associate (who was very nice, it's not her fault) where the plus size options were, she informed us that they no longer sell a single piece of plus size clothing in store. ONLY online. Such a shame. Shame on you Old Navy.

Quite a good amount of clothes here. They should trim down on the lower age stuff because it seems that's really in stock while other things could be placed there. Overall got decent sizes here and clothes are comfortable. I would go to get some clothes here if I were you.

Please check your bill before leaving the store. I was charged twice for the same shirt and only realized after I got home and was reviewing the bill. Nice clean store and friendly staff I must say.

Sign says open until 7 pm. Associates in the store and doors are locked at 6:30 pm. You just lost a sale.

I just wanted to take a moment and write a review because Lorraine truly provided the BEST customer service I have received in such a long time. I have recently started shopping in this area and I decided to try the Old Navy. It was clean, no line, and super organized! Lorraine rung me up and was so nice and made sure that I left as a satisfied customer! I will be back for sure!

When did Old Navy get so expensive? One pair of the pants I was looking for was $50. I was lucky to find a shirt on sale for $15

Nice employees and decent selection. They seem to have less options particularly in the sale section compared to other locations.

The price is cheap, but the clothes are not very durable. They last only the next year and are difficult to wear.
