If you're looking for a car this place isn't the one. A couple years ago I bought a Chrysler pt cruiser. I got half way home and the car broke down. They fixed a sensor free of charge which was nice. Same day I go get gas in the car and the engine blow right in front of the lot. Go figure right. They take the car back and offer me a 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo LS and I paid a extra $300. I was told it only needs a oxygen sensor. I take it to a mechanic and it has 7 codes.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My wife and I were going to buy a 2012 Infiniti but the manager was giving us the run around. We followed up for a week straight but we were being ignored every-time we tried to inquire about the vehicle. This is the third week and still have not heard anything. Although The vehicle was salvaged we still tried to give it a shot after the repairs were going to supposedly be made, the manager never reached back out to us which made us have to take our business elsewhere for their unprofessionalism. I wouldn’t recommend A & R to absolutely anyone. They will string you along until there isn’t any strings left.

Disappointed 😞
Visited to check a car advertised but upon arrival we quickly saw the car was not in good condition.
The door handle wouldn't work it got stuck, visible accident damage that wasn't repaired correctly.
None of those defects were listed on the advertisement.
Needless to say we didn't purchase the car.

I purchased a 2012 ford fusion from A&R and the engine died less than 12 hours later. There were no warnings, and i honestly believe whoever sold them, or traded in the vehicle did a great job of hiding of whatever issues were there during that transaction. I was expecting A & R to basically tell me I was shit out of luck since they are an “as is” used car lot. However A & R was able to make things right and did process an exchange for me and I ended up with a 2007 Cadillac CTS that has been absolutely amazing!

The man in the the front office was very nasty and rude. The cars descriptions are not listed and are totally junk! If I could give them a no star review I would! Buyers beware!

I recently purchased a great suv truck (GMC) from here and honestly it was the best experience. The entire staff was welcoming, very helpful and honest!! A great place to find a variety of good vehicles. I will and have already recommended friends and family to come check it out.
