Update...
My issue with the overpriced order of checks has been resolved most happily!
The prospect of a new Vendor with reasonably priced checks will be most welcome.
I don't have to change Banks after all, that would be a hassle.
I've been with Edifi, (formerly known as Abco) for over 10 years, and would like to stay,
Thank you Barbara for your help in the resolution of the situation.
Barbara responded to my email the very same day.
There is a reason I've been with my Credit Union for so long.

Everyone provides exceptional service in Glassboro.
Only wish that they were located closer to, or had a branch near the Whitehorse Pike.

After a week of trying to resolve a VISA charge discrepancy through customer service & fraud department, only to get a runaround, I ultimately went to Branch Manager, Tracy Adams. When I walked in the off ice & saw her presence, I knew she would be able to assist me. She was concerned for me since I was so upset. God bless her for her knowledge & expertise. I explained, and, in one phone call, she straightened it out. You can't imagine how grateful I was to have her help me in only 5 minutes (which I tried to do for a week) No one in Customer Services...was able to resolve my problem and I was transferred from one person to another, and each time I was on hold, my call was disconnected. At one point I just cried with frustration. So, you know why I am so grateful for Tracy Adams' help. She is TRULY an ASSET to the Bank! I've been a member since the 80's. Tracy helped me through those years. She should be recognized for her outstanding and performance! She just gets the job done like no other!

Love Edifi Credit Union. We have been banking with them for about 15 years when they were Abco. The staff is super nice, friendly and patient. They are always helpful when I call, email or in person at ALL their locations.

Wow!! What a great experience whenever I speak with ABCOfcu Glassboro Branch!! .. I say this because I just got off of the phone re questions I had thought would involve a more timely process. However, my call & conversation was the complete opposite. Pleasantly greeted by live representative who exercised patience & professional courtesy as assisting me. This immediately put me at ease. And! So knowledgeable! .. I can honestly say that whatever banking & questions I have I know that I am in the BEST of Hands with the Manager & Tellers at ABCO Federal Credit Union in Glassboro, NJ. THANK YOU GLASSBORO TEAM!! YOU DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE!!

I don’t know why people gave low ratings to this branch. I had great experience with them. From tellers to manager, they were all very friendly and helpful. They have excellent customer service and I definitely recommend people to do business with them.Don’t just go by their rating just visit this branch and you’ll experience what I said.

0 stars, impossible to get in touch with. There is no customer service. Long waits ending in " we are too busy to deal with you now, call again another time". When you do they are still too busy. The tellers at the branch are very good, main office, not so good.

I've been bankong with Abco for almost 20 yrs. Not at all a fan of all the glitches and mistakes since the update to their system. Not sure who is doing their IT with this new system maybe China? Because it is a mess. One more mistake like the lastbone and I'm out!

I wouldn’t recommend this bank if my life depend on it. WORSE BANK EVER! You are on hold more than you speak to people. They never have an answer for you what your asking, INCLUDING the manager (if they ever get on the phone). They’re unprofessional and untrained! When they say they’ll call you back with an answer, they never do. The list of why you shouldn’t bank with them is longer than god knows what. Please do not do business with them.

I honestly cannot begin to tell you how much I hate this credit union. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I'm never able to access online banking because it's tells me my credentials don't match. Yes. Yes, they do match. So I'm basically left with not knowing how much is in my account or any access to it. And you can FORGET calling the customer service center. They don't pick up the phone, they don't listen to messages, and they don't call you back. Also forget emailing them because they don't respond to that either. The entire system is archaic. They tried to "upgrade" it by making ALL online, phone, and in-person banking for FOUR days so you had zero access to anything. As soon as a couple more bills are paid that I have set up, I'm gone from them. Absolutely terrible and completely useless. I wasted my time leaving PNC and switching to here. I completely regret it.

Terrible customer service. Took 3 days to get in touch with someone about why I couldn't make a payment on my loan online with their new system. I literally had to call out of work just so I could be able to sit on hold all day long. Every time I called I got their third party answering service who couldn't help me with anything and they would transfer me to the actual location who never answered. Once I pay off this loan I will be leaving this bank. The low rates are not worth the aggravation.

No phone service at all--transfers ring, go unanswered and drop. Since the new system went in, I can't transfer money into ABCO to pay my VISA. Where's the banking information I had saved to my account?The new system is awful to look at.
