“I have done business with TD for a very long time and couldn't be more pleased with my experiences. Whether I make a phone call or go in person to the Glassboro location,it is always a positive and pleasant experience. Early this month, I met with Krystal, and she helped me acquire a TD Cash card which has opened doors for me that I have prayed for. Krystal was very patient,kind and easy to talk with. She also followed up weeks later! I recently returned to replace my ATM card and Samantha was so sweet and helped me, quickly putting me at ease with my concerns about my card.Having been in customer service for many years, I find this branch and the TD brand go above and beyond. As long as they are around,I won't go anywhere else. Thanks to all the tellers and the representatives that have helped me at the Glassboro location. I appreciate you. ?”

“I just spoke to a representative on the phone today about my CD,I called the Glassboro branch directly. I missed her name, but it was a young lady with a beautiful accent. She went above and beyond to assist me, saved me a trip to the bank by assisting me by phone and her customer service skills were impeccable, so warm, friendly and courteous. Very rarely do I have the opportunity to speak with someone in the customer service Industry that is sooo friendly. Thank you to her for that interaction! “I've read many negative reviews here but the only times I've ever had issues with the drive through moving too slow is not because of the tellers but because of the inconsiderate customers. If people would have their checks signed and their paperwork ready when they drive up it would make for a speedier check out. If you're one of those who needs a pen or deposit slips from the teller then you are the problem.”

“Start my bank account here and had such a wonderful experience. Everyone here goes out of their way to help you. They even helped me get my first home and changed my name on my account and bank card and add my husband to the account in less then 24 hours. Oh and they also gave us a new check book with our new address and our new names on it. I just wish that we could have a Wells Fargo Bank in Salem County New Jersey.
