I just spoke to a representative on the phone today about my CD,I called the Glassboro branch directly. I missed her name, but it was a young lady with a beautiful accent. She went above and beyond to assist me, saved me a trip to the bank by assisting me by phone and her customer service skills were impeccable, so warm, friendly and courteous. Very rarely do I have the opportunity to speak with someone in the customer service Industry that is sooo friendly. Thank you to her for that interaction! I made sure to stay on the line and give you all 5s on the automated survey about your service, I hope chase rewards you for your service today!

Just opened up a business account with this branch. I am very impressed with the customer service that is on an A+ level from all the bank reps and managers. You already feel like family.Needless to say, I had an instant crush on the lady with the “biblical name” (Jo__). Rainy days are the best. ?

Extremely horrible bank to deal with! I went there to cash a $75 rebate check from Atlantic City Electric, & was told they could not cash it because there was Zero Dollars in Atlantic City Electric's bank account. This is 100% an outright LIE! A more than a Billion Dollar corporation has NO money in it to cash a $75 check? Chase thinks the general public is made up of mental midgets, & that's why they continually treat their customers & the public-at-large as if we're all dolts! If you need a bank for whatever your reason, go somewhere else! Do Not - I repeat - Do Not open any account with JP Morgan Chase, under any circumstances, or you WILL regret it! Guaranteed!!!

Worst branch of Chase Bank, they are irresponsible and the employees need more training to solve issues. We visited the branch to add a name to an existing checking account. A few days later we realized our automatic payments were not going through so we called Chase and they told us the account is restricted and we need to visit the bank within two days to get it sorted. So we went to the branch and gave them the requested documents and they faxed it. I was told it would take two business days to restore the account. For about a week account stayed restricted. The branch manager told us that they are going to inform us when it gets unrestricted but no one did. We also called Chase and they told us that we just needed to wait for the account to get unrestricted. Later on we called Chase to find out what was going on and the customer care representative said that they received the paperwork after the deadline and therefore moved to close my wife's bank account. They created a check for the amount she had in her account and they said to deposit it to the account when we receive it (why would we do that). My question is why didn't anyone contact us as soon as they account became restricted. And why did they close the account in the first place and why didn't they let us know before closing it. Plus we were able to go to the bank the same day we found out we needed to so how is it possible that we missed the deadline.I don't understand why they needed to hold our money hostage when they needed verification, why couldn't they just leave the account as it was and hold off on adding an additional user until they had the information they requested.

The manager there is rude. One of the tellers was asking him around noon today, June 21st 2022 if he'd have time later for opening a business checking account... He was rude to her, even cut her off mid question and I could hear him; I definitely don't support that under any circumstances. Hopefully she finds a better place to work soon, somewhere that appreciates her. Afterwards, I went to Fulton bank, right down the street, and had a pleasant experience there

The young lady who helped me was super friendly and extremely helpful.I wanted to ask about setting up an account and was taken into the office at 1:05 pm bc the ppl were standing around laughing and talking, which isn’t a problem UNTIL, not even 45 seconds later I’m told by the chubby spanish guy, “oh, i actually can’t take u, I have an appointment with a client at 1:30. I wanted to ask a few simple questions, would’ve been out in 15 mins MAX, but bc at 1:05, he had a client at 1:30, he couldn’t see me.Being on a huge time crunch I left. He didn’t even offer me to sit with anyone else. And there was more than PLENTY time for him to say, “hold on, let me have u speak with ….” He just kept reiterating he had an appointment, which was 25 mins later and i believe I heard him make mention of it not being his fault. Thanks chase, I needed answers Can you did your job by pushing me out. U get five stars in that at least.

10 AM: 8 employees chatting, empty branch, only one customer and Chase can't open a $100,000 business account for you because one “banker” is waiting for a 10 AM appointment to show and 7 other redundant and unnecessary employees can”t open accounts. 10 minutes later the story changes to no 10 AM appointments but one coming in at 10:30 AM. I asked to speak to the manager and he suggested coming back in an hour and a half for an appointment. Are we to understand that the manager can’t open an account? After 10 minutes of waiting and more conversations, we decided to move our account to Bank of America where they gave excellent service from the moment we called.

After multiple bad experiences and poor treatment at this branch, I'm now done with Chase. I don't know why they even bother having physical banks, every branch I've ever walked into pushes me to use the ATM, mobile app, and customer service line. Unreal. Probably going back to TD.
