Extremely slow to fill scripts, simple Zofran script sent over 1.5 hours before arrival and not ready to be picked up, ridiculous and no wonder they have a 3 star rating, should be a 1 star rating

I disagree with some of the negative reviews. I am a 90 year senior. All the workers including the Pharmacy at this Glassboro CVS are courteous and helpful. I have been using that store for over 20 years and have never had a disappointment from anyone. I recommend going to Glassboro it is local and located just right for our neighborhood.

I get the same meds EVERY MONTH. somehow they NEVER have it in stock. I am always waiting for the order. Changing from corporate company crap to local and efficient. Bye bye

We always receive courteous help, but today Amy and Gavin helped while I frantically tried to copy pictures for a memorial- all the while with my head spinning. They were both patient and kind and helpful beyond measure. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

4 minutes trying to inquire about a new medication from my new physician but could not get answers, could not speak to a person, kept trying to make get the App or go online. Infuriating, the lack of customer service. They make billions of dollars but can't answer a phone call

I generally like the location. I live right down the block. It’s convenient. Employees are friendly. But. I’m on a medication that they were getting for me, no problem. Then they sent it over to a different location, not too far but still in the middle of nowhere. I talked to my nearby CVS (this location) and they said they have no control over what the drug companies send them, which makes zero sense to me because I used to change pharmacies a lot and nobody ever had this excuse before including CVS. So the store itself is fine but the pharmacy isn’t.

Well it seems its common practice for the staff to say the computers are down. I arrived in the drive thru lane one other person in front of me at 8:45 I got to the window at 9:03 and they claimed that the system automatically shuts down at 9pm and can't ring up my filled prescription. However they were still ringing up the customer in front of me after 9. This is a bold face lie by the staff and will be seeking to file a complaint to corporate. I have to miss a flight cause of them.

Horrible service with the pharmacy the pharmacist is just horrible gives people attitudes makes them feel uncomfortable by the way he looks when you got to get a certain prescription filled always has a attitude and I believe he is racist when ever a white person come in to fill a opioid prescription he does it with a smile but when it a Spanish or black he gives them a hard time attitude and dirty looks very unprofessional I will change the review when this issue is handle unto then it stays

If you'd like to see an example of a serverly understaffed pharmacy look no further, it's a shame this is becoming the standard. Management should be ashamed.

They closed down the drive through. They claim they don't have staff. Why don't they have staff? Then inside the line is 20 deep and then they tell you they're computer crashed and they can't help you. Unacceptable, I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I am a long time customer of this CVS and just had to share the following. I was on hold for literally 40 minutes to fill one of my 98-year old mother’s prescriptions and to ask the pharmacist a question. I couldn’t believe the length of time we were waiting so I drove to the drive in line (while still on hold) and it was closed “due to staffing”. Is this the new normal? No customer service is the expected? It’s pitiful. An elderly woman is not going to set up an app and an account. You used to be able to use the RX number to request a refill. If you don’t have enough staff perhaps you need to PAY A FAIR WAGE AND PROVIDE COMFORTABLE WORKING CONDITIONS. This is a disgrace. By the way, I am still in hold……
