They closed down the drive through. They claim they don't have staff. Why don't they have staff? Then inside the line is 20 deep and then they tell you they're computer crashed and they can't help you. Unacceptable, I will be taking my business elsewhere!

I am a long time customer of this CVS and just had to share the following. I was on hold for literally 40 minutes to fill one of my 98-year old mother’s prescriptions and to ask the pharmacist a question. I couldn’t believe the length of time we were waiting so I drove to the drive in line (while still on hold) and it was closed “due to staffing”. Is this the new normal? No customer service is the expected? It’s pitiful. An elderly woman is not going to set up an app and an account. You used to be able to use the RX number to request a refill. If you don’t have enough staff perhaps you need to PAY A FAIR WAGE AND PROVIDE COMFORTABLE WORKING CONDITIONS. This is a disgrace. By the way, I am still in hold……

Went to get covid19 and flu vaccine- with appointment. Waited for an hour and still 6 people in front of us. It was a waste and a reason why access to care is a problem. People are trying to get vaccines, but barriers are in place including time restraints. Very poor experience.

The pharmacist is exceptional and will address all your questions. The store has everything from basic kitchen goods, snacks, health & beauty etc. It's well laid out and very clean.

Pharmacy ok, store has a very grouchy, disgusting nasty with all clients calling himself store manager, I witness it, me an a few more today March 21 2023, around 4 30pm, he needs to retire, he seems to have a very sad life because the way he is, you don't feel like going back there. AND HE IS THE FACE OF CVS.Corporate needs to get rid of him. CVS needs happy people greeting clients or you will end up bankrupt or closing that store.I will upgrade this message when I go find out his pittiful name next time I go get my medicines.

The Google Maps location for this CVS is wrong and they can't seem to fix it. It is on N. Delsea Drive in Glassboro -- next to Friendly's and Panchero's -- not N. Delsea Drive in Clayton. Service is usually good but the pharmacy can get backed up. Mid afternoons are less busy times. Just don't use Google Maps to get there.
