It's unacceptable that you can't speak to a person when you hav3 a question. What am I supposed to do drive there to ask a question that they may not be able to answer! Your customer service SUCKS!!!!

Nice people but CVS is a horrible company. For a DRUG STORE they never have any drugs in their store. Not even kids cough medicine.

Cant get Pharmacy on the phone about a medication my daughter needs asap. The phone doesnt even ring, you get put directly into a voicemail and calls arnt returned the manager of the store was beyond rude when i explained and said there was no way for her to get them to answer my call and that my pediatrician had to call the direct line, i call my peds and they have. multiple times. and no one answers. This should be illegal you are PHARMACY you need to at least respond to the doctors.

Every time I come here I have to search the store for an employee. I get they have self checkout now, which I absolutely love but if I order photos I need an employee. I've also had them literally hand me my photos then proceed to walk me over to the self checkout to ring myself up. I worked for cvs, in a different location, so I understand the CONSTANT shipments and trying to get everything out on the floor but this is ridiculous to not even have an employee within eyesight of the registers on a regular basis.

After a recent trip out of town I forgot my medicine on my trip.. I went to my regular CVS on Buck Road when I return home. Explain my situation no fuss no muss the gentleman just gave me 3-day supply of each of my medicines. Because the hotel was mailing it back to me.
CVS may be a large corporate name but the people in the store itself have small town values..

Ever since Dave retired, this cvs is getting worse by the day. No calls when meds are ready, no notifications when they can't fill the script. Refills never in stock? You know it's needed but you don't order it until the customer gets mad and makes multiple requests even with auto refills selected. Terrible customer service. Will be changing pharmacies.
