If I could leave 0 stars I would, and rested for pickup and one of the products was used. Just unsanitary and makes me question how clean this Five Below store is. I would not recommend shopping here because if they can resell a used product, who knows what else they do.

Would've given five stars but five below always plays some of the worst pop music in the world at high volume, one time they played Paramore which was good but for the most part the music sucks. Oh and I like their fun products.

If you’re going to claim to have to ring everyone up then don’t only just ring up the minorities and let the others go and do it themselves, I thought it was Associate Assisted? It would be understandable if it was noticeably all races but when you hand select minority groups from the line to personally ring up yourself and let non minority groups do it themselves it gets to a point where we have to question some things. Never had this issue at deptford Five below, if you want a better one to go to I’d recommend that one. I understand having to watch customers since stealing is at a all time high with self checkouts, but do it for everyone then and not just black and brown people.

i know nobody goes to five below for the bathrooms but you’re in a shopping lot where there’s restaurants and someone might go shopping after eating …. these bathroom were an absolute jumpscare. the amount of dust shows that nobody has attended to them in months. the bathroom on the left was completely unusable - urine and feces all over the toilet and floor. literally felt worse than a gas station bathroom. how do the employees even feel comfortable using their own bathroom. disgusting.

Very miserable employee and walked into a checkout where it looked like the light was lit unlike all the others because I did not want to use self-checkout and the employee turned around and just kind of with a bit of attitude says that's closed we said when the lights on and she even snarky or said that's because of the sun go to another Lane that was the Dollar Tree in Mantua Township next to PetSmart never going there again I'll go all the way to one in Woodbury on Evergreen Avenue
