GameStop is a popular retail store that caters to gamers and collectors alike. It offers a wide selection of new and used video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and retro gaming systems. In addition, the store sells trading cards such as sports cards, Pokemon cards, and other trading card games, along with gaming, anime, and pop culture merchandise including collectibles, action figures, apparel, accessories, decorations, replicas, and board games. Customers can sell or trade in their old consoles, games, accessories, and phones for cash or store credit, and the store is now also buying PSA graded collectibles like sports and Pokemon cards. The staff are generally friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, even when busy, providing good customer service and helpful explanations about products and prices. Many reviews highlight the helpfulness of employees, especially those who take the time to explain features and assist with selections without pressure. Prices for used games are often competitive, aligning closely with online options like Amazon. Customers appreciate the store's cleanliness, social distancing practices, and quick service. Overall, GameStop is seen as a reliable destination for gaming needs, whether shopping in-store or online for in-store pickup.
The employees are great, it's your basic game stop that has been here for over 20 years not the best game store but it works. This one doesn't have any retro games for those of you who look for that.
