Tried to go in and buy what I needed and the worker was extremely pushy. Didn’t want to buy anything at that point. Walked out empty handed, pushing only the expensive brands and things I did not want.. distasteful

INAPPROPRIATE MANAGER works here. I own small business up the street called Primal Nutrition. One of my customers went to GNC since we were closed. The manager told my customer “dont shop over there, they sell products that arent tested and you could possible pop hot for steroids.” THIS IS OBVIOUSLY AN INSECURE LIE. Im a young entreprenuer who opened 5 nutrition shops in less than 4 years , its pretty sad that this guy hasnt accomplished anything in his life so he decided to try and tarnish a SMALL BUSINESSES name. PATHETIC.

went here hoping to purchase protein powder. the man working offered to help me find what i was looking for very quickly. i asked him if he could help me find one that was specifically dairy-free and gluten-free if they had any. he showed me 3 different options. once he walked away, i looked at the ingredients of each product -- 2 out of the 3 did contain dairy! i told him that and mentioned that if i had purchased one of them, trusting him, that it wouldn't have been good. he didn't even apologize. he said "oh that's because they redid packaging. it doesn't contain milk but it's made in a facility that does"..... then he redirected the conversation.... i would've understood a simple mistake but the way he went about it without a "my bad" or "my apologies" really rubbed me the wrong way. he went on telling me that he's been trying to lose weight himself so he's been on some kind of diet where he only eats one meal a day and when a new customer walked in he asked them if they had brought him a bagel ??? perhaps that was a joke or insider between them (even though she seemed confused) but after my experience that just had me feeling very doubtful of him and his service so i just left.

Love coming to this store, there is a very friendly staff that is always ready to help. If you are a beginner in fitness and need help on what you should get, this is a great GNC location to get that done. This location has an atmosphere unlike any other GNC I have been to before.

Christian I. is always so HELPFUL every time i come in the store. i am a regular and he immediately updates me on any new products coming in with the brands i like as well as introducing me to different ones as well. his customer service makes coming into GNC spending all that $$ definitely worth it!!
