This place sucks. I tell them I’m going to pass out unless I’m laying down; they say ‘no, you won’t’ ? Oh, really? Cause that’s been the case for the past 15 years, but if you say so! So then they take my blood while I’m sitting up. Of course, I pass out. It’s not in my control! While I’m passing out they hold my head my head straight up! Are you kidding me! They don’t even let my nurse sister lift my legs (I always take someone). Both times I’ve gone there (second times on me, I should have learned my lesson) it’s taken me over an hour to regain myself enough to walk out because they do the complete opposite of what you should do! When I get my blood taken at other places, I lay down, do the deal & walk out in 3 minutes.On top of just being stupid & incompetent, they’re fricking RUDE. Don’t go here. There’s plenty of other places.

So I'm currently waiting to be seen by staff that have already left for the day , I just wish they would've mentioned that to me and not leave me waiting to be seen.

I visit this branch frequently and my review is typicalLu top notch. Today, however, i waited for nearly an hour, patiently, and when I asked approximately how much longer it would be the woman was incredibly rude and wouldn't give me an answer. After how rude she was, I determined I didn't want her to stick me with a needle so I promptly left.

I am disabled with heart failure. I'm around healthcare professionals all the time. The women that work at this glassboro location are some of the most helpful, mature, and efficient healthcare workers I've ever been around. Been coming here for 3 years & never had a problem. Customers that complain need to be understanding, kind & little more patient. They're here to help us and they do.

I don't think the staff were trained properly because the needle hurt going in and out, I get blood work done quite often so I know how it usually feels. Not only that but when she removed the needle she dragged it on the skin, which is becoming increasingly painful but not as nearly as bad as the shot itself. It's just one expirence but I don't think I'll come back here for blood tests.

Check-in kiosks did not work properly, none of the employees were helpful. I did finally get my blood work completed. Technicians were not friendly and seemed very unexperienced. Even with an appointment I had an unusually long wait.

Terrible. I made an appointment almost 2 weeks out for my glucose test for pregnancy. I called right after I made the appointment and left a voicemail to make sure they did the glucose testing at this location. I never received a call back. When I arrived and checked into the appointment the technician told me they don’t do glucose testing there and said she doesn’t ever have time to answer or return phone calls. I called 2 weeks ago. I understand that they don’t do it, that’s fine, but at least have the courtesy to return my phone call and let me know so I don’t waste my time. The tech was extremely rude to me. I won’t be back to this location.

Getting them to answer the phone is a nightmare. Also they couldn't provide me with a FAX number at which my doctor could fax them the test order. Ridiculous.

When I need blood work done my go to is on Front St, in Philly. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable!
