So thankful for Matt Black Mitsubishi. Ryan Schwartz was an great sales agent and even better person. The dealership was timely and helpful throughout the entire process. My wife and I were able to walk off the lot with no problems. Thanks again!

They installed 2 new tires on my vehicle. That evening car shaking when driving at 60 mph. Tires were not balanced properly. This should not happen purchasing new tires.

This is a terrible place to get anything fix on for a car. My girlfriend (Shauna Ruffin) has a 2019 jeep that has been in and out of that shop for 2 months. Told us it was a different problem every time we brought it back. Gave us no refund or no rental car. Finally they said it was the engine, they replaced it and put it together wrong and cause more damage to the vehicle. We took the car to jeep they told us that whom ever was working on this car doesn’t kno what they are doing. Now we are pulling teeth with her warranty company to approve fixing the engine AGAIN!!! We had to purchase a new vehicle and she is now making payments on a car she connot drive Due to this place and their terrible service. I highly recommend no ever come here to get anything fixed!!! I wouldn’t trust these people to fix a bike. You guys will be hearing from our lawyer soon!!!

Purchased a used truck here. We live in Florida, and traded a car registered in Florida. So the new truck purchased also had to be registered in Florida and Florida taxes and registration fees had to be paid as well. In addition, we had to leave NJ at the end of the month. A very tight, unusual and complicated transaction, but thanks to Woody Doms who coordinated everything we were on our way with time to spare. Thanks Woody!!

Was scheduled for Saturday 08.05.23 for 1015am recall appointment. I drove 40 mins to have my car serviced and they also called me twice to confirm this appointment. To find out they don't schedule techs on Saturdays, only during the week. Extremely disappointed in this place. I'm looking for another dealership. Zero stars if I could. This is really a major convenience especially when you called me the day before to confirm the recall appointment.

Went into Matt Blatt to get an oil change and tire rotation and qet a quote on a plastic part that had "broken" . Devon called me up after the work had been started to tell me the "broken" part wasre-installed and good as new, N/C! However they had measured the brakes and noted that the rear shoes were at 2mil and needed to be replaced. No sales tactics no pressure just letting me know. I approved the repair and asked if it could be finished that day. He told me no problem. 2 hours later he called back and it was finished! 6 months from now when it's due for and oil change and tire rotation I will be back to Matt Blatt. Hopefully Devon will be there that day to assist.Service: Brakes

Well so far it looks like the problem fixed. My problem with them is my handicap ♿️ were missing one was expired and the other is current. So I go back and tell them and the manager found the current one in a totally different place and the expired one is still missing.

No parking, getting in and out is a nightmare. Cannot get anyone to answer a phone for an appointment and the web site is not user friendly. Had to drive up there to schedule an appointment.

I really don't want to be such a negative person, but this is the first reviews I have ever left for a company. That's how much they have infuriated me. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are not friendly at all, and even unwilling to help at times. They seem very confused, and I always have to pry information from them. I have had scheduled appointments in the past and showed up with them telling me they don't have my name on the books at all. They have put me on hold on the phone multiple times, for the line to eventually just cut out. I would rather drive an additional hour to go anywhere else rather than deal with these people again.

I want to say a huge thank you to Matt Blatt Tire and Auto for the AMAZING service they did recently on my car. My car had this awful odor because of a dead mouse somewhere in the car. After taking it to Matt Blatt Tire and Auto not only does my car smell great but it looks and feels like a brand new car. They washed and cleaned the car and truly went above and beyond. They were quick and got right to work with finding the issue. They were also great with communication, they kept in touch and let me know every step and exactly what was going on with my car. I really appreciate everything they did for me and will definitely be returning in the future.

Comfortable waiting area, friendly staff, prices are about average for repairs. They do a good job on repairs!
