I just found out about my son's brakes. They're in bad shape. I asked him if he went to Mr. Tire and he said he was told he needed to fix the brakes, rotors, and tires. He can't leave unless the car is fixed or the police are called on him! Is that a threat? He went there for a tire change and it's been less than 2 years. His car is really bad. I thought it would last at least 5 years. You took advantage of my son's youth and lack of car knowledge. He was charged $1,500 or more. Shame on you.

Horrible customer service. Came in at 4 to ask for help as my 2 young daughters and I are stranded at the strip mall right next to them because my car door won’t close due to the latch. I looked on YouTube how to fix and all I need is a screw driver to fix the latch. They won’t loan me a screw driver for a minute to fix my car door. I’ve used this place for tires in the past and have also used them to patch tires when needed with a different vehicle I own, but will never use them again because of this. I will also make sure everyone I know hears this story. They told me they don’t have screw drivers. I own a business and would loan a screw driver to a mother who’s stranded with two kids without even thinking because it’s the human thing to do. I would have paid for them to fix it but captain crunch behind the desk looked too stupid and lazy to move from watching YouTube. They could have had a lifelong customer, but instead they now have a pissed off mom who will spread it on every social media outlet that will listen. I would have paid for them to fix it if that’s what they wanted but no help was offered.

Went in with a squeak whenever I drove. Thought it might be the brakes or serpentine belt. Left with new brakes, but the problem persists. When I called back, I was told they don’t have a guy on staff anymore that can diagnose and fix the issue. Their brake pad install prices were significantly more than others in the area as well. This is the second time I went there, spent significant amounts of money, and left with the problem still occurring. I have family who have had similar experiences. Unfortunate because they are pretty nice guys.

I purchased a truck that had oversized tires from the previous owner. They were loud and had poor gas milage. I left with a great set of tires thanks to Michael and a knowledgeable staff.

I've been a Mr. Tire Glassboro customer since 2008 (when it was a Goodyear store) and have been happy with the services -- tires, oil, brakes, battery, coolant, tune-ups, etc.
But my recent visits (oil change/tire rotations) have been questionable.
1. I had 3 tire rotations since a replacement tire purchase, but the replacement tire is still in the same location. So my tires apparently weren’t rotated.
2. The oil level has been overfilled – they put in 5 qt instead of 4.6 qt as specified for my vehicle.
3. The oil change/tire rotation “package” also charges separately for checking/topping off fluids. I checked at home and the coolant and windshield fluids were completely empty.
I went the next morning to the store to speak with them. The guy at the desk asked "What service do you want today?". I explained the issues. He made no attempt to remedy anything. He just repeated "What service do you want today?"
I got the Customer Service number and called to explain the issue.
I have not heard back from anyone – not Customer Service, not the manager. No response.
I'm not so much mad as I am disappointed in a place where I have been a long-time customer.

My vehicle had a blow out on the highway! I had to get a tow to Mr tire in Glassboro nj. After purchasing a new tire. The tire wasn’t balanced properly or no test drive when I got back on the highway I felt the shaking again took it to my destination carefully then before getting back on the road I took it to another Mr tire in wildwood rio grande ave. They were absolutely very nice took it for a test drive came back balanced the tire put it back on drove it again then they said that whoever put the tire on didn’t balance it properly so I was blessed they helped me with no charge!! I greatly appreciated the Mr tire in wildwood not the one in glassboro they could have really made me get hurt or someone else!! The glassboro location should be fully investigated, this is a very serious matter.Thank you kindly for your time hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone ever again!!! Maria Fuscellaro

I bought a set of tires for a really good price, since then I've been coming to this location more often cause they always have specials, and the guys are always nice and honest, they never try to sell you something you don't need or scare you for minor defects in your car. Always a good experience.
