Took in my car to get AC repaired. Told me it was gonna be ____ price via text after diagnosing the issue. I agreed to service and an hour later I was texted that it was ready. Walk in and the man at the counter said it was gonna be nearly $100 more than the quoted price from text. I obviously was upset and alarmed by this and said “how is that possible I was quoted ____ and will only be paying that price” the agent got defensive and was rude to me and after looking at the charges on the bill he noticed “there was something added that shouldn’t have been added and I will take that off for you” all said in done it wound up being $30 cheaper than my quoted price which I can’t complain about but how does that happen? Idk if it was a genuine mistake or them trying to pull a fast one but the rudeness of the clerk and discrepancy in pricing is going to lead me to take my business elsewhere. Repair was done in a timely manner and works great so it is a shame

Horrible experience, dropped a tire off for repair, the guy inside didn’t say when it would be done just to take it around back and give it to one of his guys. I gave it to one of the techs and he told me he would be done by 7 to come back then. I went back right before 7 and the guy David inside gave me a attitude and told me I jumped in front of another customer and he has to stay late now because of me & I told him that I did what he told me to do by giving it to a guy outback and his guy told me when to come back , he then proceeded to say well he’s new so you took advantage of the new guy. This is completely uncalled for and unprofessional, I will never go back here for any kind of service

Absolute worst place we have ever brought our car. Customer service is horrible, specifically the manager Steve. We had continued issues and seemed to always have a new problem every time we brought our truck there, including brakes that FAILED only three months after having them replaced here and after they replaced our brakes the second time (and they didn’t cover the cost), then a week later we had a puncture in the coolant line and had to also get that replaced (without the cost being covered again).
Also they gave us our truck back with a screw in the tire and refused to replace it when there was an apparent hole. The response we got was “call 1-800 pep boys” as he walked away.
* Do not bring your vehicle here. They made it apparent that they don’t care about the safety of their customers.

The staff was amazing they did a great job at explaining what repairs I needed and why. They also did a lot of work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. David Shawn and Brad have awesome customer service plan on bringing all my vehicles here
