Just went here for gas about 10 minutes ago ( refer to receipt) as I uploaded it so hopefully the owner or manager can see this because the guy working the pump told me there was no manager that he’s the manager. Anyway I said 25$ regular and he repeated it back to me, then I notice the things pumping away so I said to him “ hey bud I said 25 $ regular” he proceeded to tell me I said fill it. At that point I’m like “ bro are you okay you literally repeated 25 regular back to me” and he say “oh ya sorry”. Then I ask for a manager and that’s when he said about him being the manager. Anyway the guy was chatting away on the phone the entire interaction. So I made a suggestion he probably shouldn’t be working interacting with customers the entire time. Like put the phone down when you have a customer. He just rolled his eyes. I thought that would be common sense but apparently not for some🫤. Anyway I was going to this place but they lost my business today especially if that’s the manager there🤦♂️

Terrible service. Attendant was on the phone the whole time. Walked up to my car then opened my gas tank, then closed it and walked away. Returned 10 minutes later after cars piled up. He then went to a car that came after me and helped them. Did not speak to me at all just blank stares.

Terible service. Not polite and no customer oriented. Attendant don't know what the app is. He didn't put gas in my car because he said he didn't know anything about the app. He used Nasty vocabulary .

They steal your money. I gave them $20 and he didn't pump any fuel and said that he did. My tank was still on E. Don't support these criminals. If they do it to you, call the police ASAP

Is there any reason why you guys dont accept apple pay at the station. I had go home all the way watching my fuel to get card. Like why would you accept card and not apple pay.

New foreign staff in 2nd photo was asked to pump 1 gallon but the meter shows an absolutely empty tank and 0 mile right after in 1st photo. He jeered that he didn't understand why. He may not have authorized it properly or pumped just a dime while charging a gallon, because he finished within 3 seconds, which is impossible for a gallon. The tank capacity is 11 gallons so 1 gallon always made a noticeable difference in the past. I'm a regular customer but the constant rotation of new staff here from outside of U.S. means sometimes you get a no fill like what happened just now.
