“Out of all the post offices I’ve been to I’ve never had such a wonderful experience as I did today. The gentleman working this morning was so genuinely friendly. I needed stamps and he noticed my stack of Christmas cards and asked if I wanted holiday stamps, then showed me all the different ones they had. We also exchanged some pleasant conversation. Overall I’ve never had a postal worker be so nice, most of the time they seem either miserable or disinterested being there.”
“Basic service in person. They don't answer the phone and can be rude. They always open on time. Undeserved by the postman, however. Constantly getting the wrong ppl's mail and / or having my mail hand delivered by my neighbors or across town when a Signature was required.”
“Just wanted to say thank you to the lady who helped me today (1/11/22) around 1130am. I had a late Christmas gift and some baked goods heading to a friend. She took the utmost care in packaging them for me - very creatively, I might add! She saved me a couple bucks, which is always appreciated after the holidays. “This post office was a little hard to see at first bc it’s in the plaza and they are normally stand alone buildings. It’s in Hartner Plaza if anyone needs the directions. The gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Not your typical post office. The location is convenient and I highly recommend!”

“I moved from Mullica Hill and there is one woman in Mullica Hill is who basically the Post Office Drill Sargeant. So that being said, I walked in thinking "time to go get yelled at for being a customer" but the gentleman there named Bill was so kind. Just likeable and the experience was smooth. Refreshing, honestly. Glad to have a good experience!”

“I just shared a problem we're having with our carrier in the last few months (Zoe Road, Sicklerville, NJ) but I want to be clear that this is the first problem I've ever had with the Sicklerville P.O. since 1988 when I moved here. The personnel at this location are awesome; I actually tell people how great my post office is. The personnel are routinely friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I'm having problems with my specific carrier right now, but Matt, who's been addressing the problem, has been courteous and doing his best from my first phone call. I'd hate to see this one problem carrier overshadow the great job that the Sicklerville Post Office has always done.”

Not only did he treat me with care and respect, he treated each and every person who came into that post office like a long-time friend.
