I made an appointment. 20 minutes after my write, I asked when I should be called back. The woman I spoke with told me she's on break and the only other person is "backed up". There does not seem to be anyone in the back and nobody in the waiting room is being called back. They should not allow appointments to be made if they do not have staff working. It's now 25 minutes after my appointment and I will probably just be leaving. This is very frustrating.

Went in without an appointment and was able to get in right away. 11:00am 11/3rd The women that was taking care of me was short, impatient and rude to the point where I said that if her attitude didn’t change I would prefer to be assisted by someone else. With no verbal response to me, she asked Teresa Tunstall to take care of me and brought my things into her room. Needless to say, Teresa was very personable and was successful with completing my bloodwork. She was not comfortable/nor would she provide with her coworker’s name so that I could formally make a complaint. It was not the young African woman that worked there. I have provided enough information with the hope that someone from Quest reaches out to me. Let’s see if there care enough to follow up with this complaint

We had an appointment at 9:30, came in 10 mins late however, didn’t have a wait time. Everything went smoothly and we walked out by 9:57. The check-in process was quick and simple at the kiosk. You only have to scan your QR code and drivers license. They call you in shortly afterwards. The staff was polite.

My 27 year old multiply disabled daughter and I experienced discrimination based on her disabilities, which include autism and severe cognitive impairments. I took her in for a blood draw and when she began swinging her feet and humming and moving around (because she is cognitively at the level of a one year old and doesn't understand language that well) the phlebotomist just threw up her hands and said "I can't touch her. She needs to Calm down." I told her she was calm and that I was there to help and just wait a moment and the lady is like "no, she needs to leave. Come back another day. I can't touch her." I asked if we could wait in the waiting room a bit and the lady still just said No. I kept trying to explain about my daughters condition and the woman kept cutting me off saying "I understand but I can't touch her." Over and over. She clearly DIDNT understand anything about disabilities. She clearly felt UNCOMFORTABLE and UNWILLING to work with a young adult with severe special needs (there was zero aggression by the way, just "non typical" behavior.) This reflects a lack of TRAINING on how to meet the needs of disabilities when they are of a more intellectual/behavioral nature. Sure, people might feel more comfortable with a person who is deaf or blind or uses a wheelchair when they have their cognitive faculties in place but there seems to be continued discrimination against those who behave "out of the norm" and this is the group who cant advocate for themselves! It's so disappointing to see health care workers so ill-informed with these types of disabilities and, honestly, the fact that my daughter was denied services based solely on her disability IS in fact, discrimination.

Please please please avoid this place. The people that work here are incompetent, ignorant and simply put RUDE. They treated me like trash. I came in for to draw blood and woww I've never been so disrespected before in my life. Their body language, choice of words, actions, gestures, smart remarks and know it all personalities made me walk out mid way during the session. Avoid at all costs!

They are just rude and down right disrespectful. If they hate their job that much they should never forget.."McDonald's is always hiring someone to flip a burger!"

This is the worse Quest I have ever been to for services. They have no one working up front. I had to request help. The technician that came out was so RUDE and was not happy to help me at all. Although they say they take walk ins. He refused to and made an appointment for me to come back 45 minutes later. I decided to go someplace else. RUDE is not the word for this establishment.

Awful, slow service, they make you wait even though no one is here. Staff is rude, not friendly at all. One guy just plays on his phone instead of of working. They all have an attitude. I’ll find a different location to go to.

I feel bad for the women that work at this Quest location next to ShopRite; they're polite, kind, and good at their jobs. Unfortunately the gentleman that works there is making quite a name for himself/Quest. Over the past couple of weeks I've seen him respond poorly to patients in need, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt but I didn't witness what sparked his rudeness. Today, he "helped" me and now I know for certain, he's just a troubled person that probably shouldn't be working around people much longer. He needs to learn a little compassion, and try to understand that people who go to Quest generally are dealing with some kind of illness or disease / trying to figure out what's wrong. His attitude isn't helping anyone. I've literally seen him yell at an elderly man who was having trouble signing in to their computer. I'm a big boy, I can deal with him just fine, but nobody seeking health care should have to. Shame on you Quest for not having the proper procedures in place to be more aware of your employees misconduct.

The guy that works there is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was nothing but nice to him and he created a scene about me asking if they had a mask I could use. The people in the waiting room were shocked.
