I have 2 accounts here. I just generally dislike it. Opened because the fees for things like cashier check were a little lower. They have done away with money orders for some reason. *You can use the coinstar if you're a customer, BUT THERE IS A 10% FEE!! Which I didn't find out until I had Already dumped my change in and went to the counter to cash out. (SMALL SIGN, SMALL WRITING, not wearing my glasses) Thankfully I have a Youth Saver account for my daughter WHICH got me no-fee coin machine. Nevertheless, I don't like the bank. (Can't wait to see the banks LAME and INSINCERE response to my review. Say goodbye to my $$)

If you plan on going there to even cash a check or exchange dollars for coins, plan for a minimum of a half hour. It is absolutely ridiculous! Had to walk out this last time because 5 people walking around only me in line and nobody took care of me. Absolutely awful!

okay bank. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. didnt give me a name but one of the ladies here just talks right over you, doesn’t let you explain, and just tells you whatever to get you off the phone i guess. smh

This isn't so much about this location, but more the bank itself. For those who no longer know, their coinstar machine is now only for those who want to open up an account with republic bank. The only good thing about Republic Banks were the free coinstar machines and the dog treats, now they're just another bank that wants to track your money and I'm super disappointed.

Nightmare. The tellers to the manager are incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. Very unhappy human beings.They restricted my debit card and then restricted my account for zero reason. They turned off my debit card due to lack of use. Never notified me. When I needed to use it I couldn't. I called into member services and they were rude and dismissive and told me to go to the branch. I went to the branch where they proceeded to announce my entire name, account number and last four to the whole bank from the teller desk- even after I asked them to not say that information. I tried to call into a manager the next day, three times, I never got a call back. A manager, Bernadette, just happened to pick up when I called the last time. She made excuses for not calling me back, made excuses for the teller who broadcast my private info, and then told me she was going to suspend my whole account. It's abhorrent how I've been treated for no reason.

I called and I seen the website that the hours are until 6pm lobby and 7pm drive thru. I drove 45 mins away, got there at 530pm, and the doors were locked and drive thru closed!!! All the employees were still inside behind the counter but wouldn't answer or look at anyone. I was not the only person there either. There were 4 other customers and all of us were under the impression they were open later. Even the hours posted on the door said until 6pm lobby and 7pm drive thru. They need to fix all the times posted because that's not fair to people that have to drive far distance to get no help.

When I first came to this bank, it went good for years. However, not the case. Employees are nice however overworked. No one answers the phone. I need to check balance because last time the ATM was not working. Time to move on.

bad customer service especially Blair Thompson they took my $2000 out my account favored with merchant than week later take money from merchant so they took my $2000 and his $2000 and no one can explain where this money is very unprofessional

I was at Republic Bank on Wednesday. The person who helped me was Krista. I just want to say she could not have been more helpful resolving my banking issues. I will look for her next time I have any issues - she is fantastic!

I agree with the comment above about the female staff…2 women sitting at the front help desks. One (short with brown curly hair), sat the entire time looking at her lab top and never once acknowledged anyone. The second woman (blonde beauty queen who I think is also the branch “manager”), was on a phone call for over 25 mins. The poor guy at the counter was nonstop working and running around. After waiting for just shy of a half hour for a Medallion stamp, the same poor guy at the counter thanked me for my patience and told me that his “manager” would be with me shortly. Meanwhile, he is on the phone with a customer while waiting on 6 other people standing in line. Manager Blonde Beauty finally ends her call, turns to see the 7 people waiting and proceeds to rise from the chair and walk behind the counter only to walk past the poor kid and into the back where she disappeared. Beyond unprofessional and no consideration for others let alone customer service. Horrible. I’ll stick with the Sewell branch from now on. First time I’ve ever had such a horrible experience with Republic and hope it’s not a routine event in Glassboro!

Cody was nice and super helpful. I went in worried Because I had unauthorized charges from a shady app on my account, he knew how to fix it and was very pleasant and helpful. I am very happy with my service since I switched to Republic.

I have always had good service at this bank, including the female employees. They have always been respectful to me and I'm an older woman.
