1st time in this store was yesterday..an employee stood at the end of the isle and watched as as I shopped.. & when I approached him to ask him a question he basically ignored me & act like he was “counting” items in the isle.. However my friends told me about their experiences at this ShopRite & it’s very sad & disgusting

The only problem is that the hours that are posted are wrong. They are Open til 11pm

My recent experiences in this "updated" store are not good. From stocking in the middle of the afternoon so that the aisles are full of disgruntled/often rude employees, carts, packages, pulleys and lost customers to the rise in prices. With so many seniors shopping, you would think the store would be mindful of issues of accessibility. I have recently made the longer drive to Wegmans in Mount Laurel just for the difference in prices. A terrible decline.

ShopRite are the stores I prefer for my groceries. I've had 3 recent negative experiences at this particular store that this will be my last trip. This particular store had an employee that not only made me feel disrespected but unappreciated. I had an experience today that not only could I not find assistance, I had to seek someone out, but then the employee outright ignored me instead of helping. I waited around thinking he left to find assistance but said go to customer service, they'll help you. I then spoke to the manager frank, and not only was I not his priority but he made excuses for the employee as well. He then was too interested in speaking to one of his friends that came up to say hello instead of the concerned customer in front of him. It was very disrespectful behavior for a manager, I was very disappointed in his lack of professionalism. I won't return to this ShopRite because of him.

This place is my goto Super Market. Its not my local so I travel from the next township over. The openess and ease along with everything else for me makes for a good experience. Good customer service!!

Very clean, well stocked, with kind staff. Wide variety of brands, excellent Chinese buffet, awesome hot food bar. Self-check out personnel don't ignore you when the kiosk says, "Please wait for assistance!" They help you right away so you can get in and out.

Very disheveled. Store was very messy. People are extremely rude. Some people cut in line to check out. All items cost way too much. Prices are way too high. So many rude people. Way too crowded. Not affordable, especially for low income or unemployed and can't even pay bills. Can't even afford to buy food to eat!!! Unemployed and bankrupt. Have nothing to eat except bread crumbs. Disgraceful. Only for the wealthiest people. Not recommend unless you are independently wealthy. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Trying to check out & self checkout machine kept alerting. The attendant kept having to come over & roll back the camera to clear it. Last time it happened she said I didn’t pay for an item, which I was certain I did, but it was busy & I was frustrated, so I let her scan it again. Sure enough I get home & look at the receipt & I was charged twice for the item. I’ve never felt so distrusted by an establishment as I did in this store on this day. I despise the self check out at this store & there’s never enough cashiers on regular registers to avoid it. I will just go back to driving to Wegmans once a week
