Opened a savings account with them last year as I wanted to check mortgage lending rates. They did not pay me a single cent interest in the entire 1 yr. Then they charge me $25 in account inactivity fees. All this while their online portal isn't working and I haven't had account access for 1 yr. Manager (seemed a nice lady) tried for 30 mins to get me online access to my accounts, all in vain. Then says she can't understand why the system isn't working. I told her I can make a deposit to activate the account if she agrees to give me a courtesy credit as it wasn't my fault. She says I have to still charge you fees as we cannot take 100% of the blame for account inactivity. Well, you keep my $5 and I'll take my home mortgage business elsewhere. Closed my account with them. Don't bank here.

Can’t even finish a membership because knowone answers the phone on customer service side. No matter what time you call you’ll be waiting well over 20 mins.

Just your run of the mill bank, the special feeling and service you had before is GONE, call, i guarantee you wait almost a half hour befor someone picks Up

Staff is amazing, everyone is always so pleasant and overall an amazing environment to be around. Their leader Jess is on point, well trained and knowledgeable. I also have a favorite teller; Ty, she’s always so bubbly and definitely a great asset to Your company.

This bank is the worst on every aspect from fees to limited availability on accessing your account. Let me mention the fact they are not partnered with other credit unions. Consumers beware !!!!!

They took good care of us, but they are a little slow. Also it was very complicated when we tried to setup multiple accounts under 1 persons name.

ZERO STARS. My wife was charged a $35 overdraft fee SEVEN TIMES. We were under the impression we had overdraft protection and that a fee of $7 would be automatically transferred from our savings account. Nope. Our money was in a "SUB SAVINGS" account and therefore not transferred. When we explained the issue, we were told there was nothing that could be done.
