I would give negative stars if I could. Run do not walk away from this bank branch. I deposited an insurance check on December 29th and today 1/4/2024 they say they do not have the check and I didn't make a deposit. Thank God I saved my deposit so I can prove that I did give them my check. Now they tell me they have to do an investigation. This branch has thieves or highly incompetent people working for them. Hopefully I can get my money soon since it was an insurance check to fix my vehicle.

I was at this TD Bank branch yesterday and had an excellent customer service experience!!! First, there was a person in the lobby directing folks to the right location and making sure everyone had what they needed for an speedy visit. I met with branch manager, Kevin, who was the perfect model of EXCELLENT customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind, demonstrating his ability to handle complex customer situations. Thank you!

Just left there. I attempted to make a thousand dollars deposit in the atm because the line was fifteen minutes long. The machine had an error and now they seem to have lost my deposit. I had to file a claim and now somebody needs to confirm the count my claim which us just another slap in the face and can't be done now because apparently t d bank doesn't service their own atms and can do nothing for me until Tuesday. I was anxious in the moment to say the least considering that they lost a thousand dollars in cash. The manager was rude disrespectful and downright condescending when explaining to me their procedure as if I should have known. Customer service fail.

Just wanted to open a 2nd business checking for an acct we already have. Spoke with Customer Service who couldn't understand why the branch was taking me through the process of waiting for 3 days, and they still haven't reached out to me.

I’m sitting in the drive thru spot literally watching the banker not help me and bounce a stress ball instead when there is 6 cars behind me. Terrible customer service.

Customer service sucks inside the branch and drive thru this place makes u appreciate online banking for the simpleFact that it eliminates people interaction..came thru to deposit a check asked a question and the girl got up and walked away ..the other teller sat there and stared at the car blankly and after 3 mins or so came on the intercom and asked if she could help us in a dismissive tone..umm yeah start by answering the question I asked instead she was more concerned with getting us out of the line to move along traffic what a joke

I never write reviews but I had this time. I have been with TD Bank for years before they were TD. Normally I can go to any branch and be treated so well. The customer service is efficient and great. Every time I have had a bad experience it has been at this branch. The lady at the window Wendy seems to make her own damn rules, never pleasant. I ask for extra slips and she tells me I can't have any extra. Next time I come I give her debit my card so she knows what account to use and she wants to give me extra slips because she doesn't want to write my account number down. There's a line behind me but she rather transfer money and cards back and forth so she doesn't have to write my name on a piece of paper. So lazy and lack of customer service. Another time she had a issue with my ID. Every time I get her she has a problem. Any other TD Bank I go to has great customer service. Even the young lady that works next to her couldn't understand the issue. They need to put her a$$ is the back of the store. She's is not a good representative for the branch.

I usually do not have issues but I also rarely go into the bank to do transactions. One of the only times I did was when I used their drive through atm, and they charged me a fee for not using a TD bank atm which made no sense at all. I went out of my way to use the TD bank atm. They ended up giving me the charge back but i had to make a whole trip back to the bank and had to wait for probably 25 minutes to sit down with a guy and get the money back.
