I had a recent experience at this post office that completely changed my perspective on the negative reviews I’ve seen. On a Saturday visit, I ran into an unexpected issue with my debit card and was short on time, with the office closing soon. Thomas Lyons, the supervisor on duty, stepped in immediately not just with professionalism, but with real human kindness. Not only did he treat me with care and respect, he treated each and every person who came into that post office like a long-time friend.
I can honestly say that any negative reviews about this location should be taken with a grain of salt. People like Thomas Lyons are the reason I’ll keep coming back here. His calm demeanor, integrity, and warmth made a real difference.

This is the best post office I’ve ever been in! I’ve used a lot of small town post offices and most are nice. The people that work in the Glassboro post office are a step above the others though. They are always so nice, helpful and very friendly! It’s the only one I will go in.

I truly enjoy visiting this post office. Always clean. I love the decor and each employee greets me with a smile and special service. Always a pleasure. A great neighborhood post office with a small town feel.

White Lady was the most weird at the front desk. I ended up having to reschedule bc I was confused on the price of the passport. She starts giggling to herself and says “haha well u tried.” Kinda made me feel some type of way. How ab i TRY not to rock ya face the next time? See ya soon

I just watched a disturbing UTube video (Long Island Audits, Glassboro Post Office). Postmaster Thomas Lyons calls the police on a law abiding citizen for videoing his actions. He lied to the police in an effort to have him illegally arrested. Thomas Lyons is unfit to have the job as Postmaster.

This post office is amazing, I'm a regular customer dropping off eBay packages and I never have issues and am always in and out immediately. Everyone there is extremely accommodating and very helpful, if you live in the area I highly recommend this one and avoid the Pitman post office like a plague it's horrible.

Mr. Lions should be fired. Horrible attitude. If he doesn't agree with your request he gets real hostile and aggressive. His personal feelings should never interwine with his job performance. He is a hot head getting yall ready for a lawsuit. Do not do business here.

So nice! They always go out of their way to help and the place is clean with handmade art. The one worker, Johnny, always is friendly and helpful. Best post office in the area.
