The drive through is supposed to be for convenience and it’s anything but that every single time I go. Inside is also a disaster. How many years of customers complaining about the inability to serve the amount of customers is it going to take for big Walgreens to step up and stop creating situations where employees and customers are pitted against each other in a problem they could easily solve? The next Rite Aid for sure and if the employees here were smart they’d plan accordingly. Disgraceful.

Worst waiting time ever. I make pizza in 1 minute the guy took 56 minutes to take a copy of a single paper. He didn’t even care, he is chilling with his headphones on.

Today 2/6/25 at around 3pm:
The pharmacist was an older short haired blonde woman and the tech was a short girl with short brown hair:
If I could give a negative star I would. I have had nothing but negative experiences here. Every single time I go nothing is ready and they tell me to come back three hours later or the next day. Two times now I’ve had to go for my 5 yo daughter both times very ill and I go inside to get the medication. I always wait at least an hour after the doctor has sent it to give them time and every single time they tell me to come back later or the next day. I always say I can wait my daughter is very sick or in pain. Today they said back to me “so are a lot of other people” which I understand but there was no one else in the pharmacy waiting at that time. Today they told me to come back in three hours and when I left, half way home I get a call it’s ready. So they purposely waited for me to leave and then filled it. My husband went back later and he gave my daughters name and birthday and was given MY prescription. Unacceptable. So now my daughter still does not have her medication and now has to wait until tomorrow. Absolutely unbelievable.
When the pharmacist at my new pharmacy called to get the medication transferred (literally as soon as I left there) the pharmacist said to her “I don’t know why she wants it transferred it’s ready it’s right next to me” WHEN SHE JUST TOLD ME IT WOULDN'T BE READY FOR THREE HOURS.
This place is a mess and they have horrible customer service. Do not go here.

Cashier, Gabby, is very helpful. I've been to the store a few times ordering photos. She is pleasant and hard working every time I go there. Tonite the line was probably 20 deep, and she never lost her patience. This girl deserves a raise.

They will cancel your prescription without calling you and when you try to call and ask why they never answer their phone. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

I stopped by the drive thru at Glassboro Walgreens tonight just to check if there was a outside chance that my prescription might be ready before closing. Pharmacy Tech Zack provided the kindest, fastest service I've ever received! In these times where everyone is in a hurry and many businesses are experiencing staffing shortages, it was so nice to encounter someone who extended such courteous assistance. Thank you Zack and kudos to the Glassboro Walgreens for hiring top notch employees!

Maybe the worst pharmacy Ive ever seen. They are severely slow and unknowledgeable. They refuse to hire adequate staff to help with the demands of their customers. They do not follow up on issues that arise on their end. Awful pharmacy

Went to pickup a prescription on Sunday 11.00 AM. Dispensary was closed and I was getting late. Pharmacist came at 11.08 AM. They dont even follow their opening timings. I will never come again. Good bye wallgreens.
