“These guys completely saved my road trip
To keep a long story short, a gas station filled up my gas tank with diesel fuel, and my car started sputtering the second we got on the highway.
We towed the car to this shop after it closed, and they got back to me first thing in the morning.
Not only did they get the whole thing fixed the very next day, but they helped us get the gas station responsible to pay for the damages and even offered to do an oil change.
Absolute 5 star service! If you are in the area and are having car trouble, these guys should be your first choice, without question.”
“I needed tires replaced on 2 trailers. This place had been recommended to me by my neighbor. Oxford did the tires on both trailers plus a spare. I got 9….12 ply tires mounted and balanced for a very reasonable price. My neighbor was right. Oxford is the place to go for trailer tires.”
“I’m so thankful I found this place I had a tire rapidly start losing air pressure while I was going down rt 78. I had an hour and a half to left to get home and I really didn’t want to try to put on the spare tire on the side of 78 and then hope I made it home with that, I found these guys with 4 psi left in the tire at 4:30 in the afternoon. They had the tire off. Patched. Tested 3 times and back on the car in about 20 minutes. I was so relieved and thankful to find them. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. A big thanks! “I brought my car in Saturday morning to get the brakes checked out & Keith knew our other car was waiting at another shop for the transmission to be fixed, so I was a little stressed. What could've been a lousy weekend with no car at all (he needed to get a part that would be in on Monday), turned into a call from him at 2:30 saying my car was done, the part came in! It wasn't just that the car was done and I knew I would make it to work on time Monday, it was the manner in which it was handled. I was in the waiting room and Keith came to sit with me to give me the news that I would have to wait until Monday to get the car fixed. Not a call to the front desk to give the bad news. I got a ride home from one of the guys there, and if needed someone would've come to get me Monday morning when the car was done, I did not have to arrange for a ride there. Keith and team have had my loyalty for many years and this just cemented why. Not just for the quality of the work but for the way they treat their customers.”
