I would never go to this bank. I was walking by with a three-year-old who had to go to the bathroom so bad and I asked if I could use the restroom and they said if I didn’t Bank there my little girl couldn’t go to the bathroom I am a palled how Awful another human being could be a child.

Heck! In MY EXPERIENCE after being with this bank for 6 years the problem is consistent with the mortgage department. The don't answer the phone. When they do they are rude and curt, I called today, Was put on hold, Then switched to answering machine and GUESS WHAT? No return call. I would avoid doing business with this bank. I give them a BIG star only cos I have to!
