Michele Nitti, DO, cofounder Montclair Family Practice in 1997. Dr. Nitti also has practiced with Franklin Pediatrics in Whippany, New Jersey, from 1993 until 2013. Before entering private practice, she practiced with an urgent care center in the Montclair area.Dr. Nitti believes in patient-centered, comprehensive health care. "Accepting responsibility for my patients and earning their trust is more than just a job for me. It is part of who I am," says Dr. Nitti. "In addition to embracing the life-long challenge of learning about advances in medicine," she adds, "I am devoted to caring for my patients whether I see them in the office, in hospital, at home, or in a nursing home.
