Rep has gone above and beyond with tricky 401K admin rollout, provided value far beyond what is normally expected from a payroll company. Highly recommended for knowledgeable, sweet, funny, helpful, excellent service. Balance Point have not one but multiple points of contact. Account rep is excellent.
