I would give this a 5 star based on how well Dorothy has been with my family and I. The girl is always helping and keeps the place super clean but my wife and I have spent enough time in our unit and seen enough she deserves better I’m sure she can find better, she’s super smart. The place is hot and she always comes and offers water I have never seen such positive energy. Keep up the good work kid.

I came in to check out the location and I have to say it is very clean and the office smelled very nice. Dorothy opened the door for me and greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. She gave me lots of information and explained things in a way the other storage locations/companies did not bother to do. She was very helpful and insightful and I’m glad I came in contact with such an amazing worker with excellent customer service! I would recommend this place to anyone I know who needs a unit just because of her.

Dorothy was/is AMAZING! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Even though I was not ready to get a unit yet due to certain circumstances she gave me all the info I needed for when I was ready to purchase a unit. I give her a 20 out of 10
