This tenant was evicted from 204 Rock Road Glen Rock, NJ and is still advertising our building address, and photos of our location. Please remove this false information. We have a new tenant now and do want Faredon Abida linked our location. You can Google him for his criminal record to understand why.Landlord

Another business closed in Glen Rock but is said to be opening a new store in Fair Lawn. When? Hard to say at this time. See the phone number and follow the prompts and it will put you in touch with the staff.. This was another family business that was like a mom and pop store that knew your name, reliable and did quality work at a fair price. Ridgewood is now my go to. Parking was a worry but they have built a parking deck so that solves that worry. Thanks for reading and stay safe!!!

Literally the worse experience ever. Said it would take a week. Took 8 weeks before I gave up and asked for my roomba back. They would not release it to me, saying they had already ordered the part. Many weeks later still they said it was ready. I had long since bought a new roomba.

When I got home my wife said that I should not have purchased the vacuum I did. It was too much for our apartment. When I called the next day to find out about returning the vacuum and purchasing a different one I was told they Glen Rock Vacuum has a NO RETURN POLICY. "We are not a Walmart."OH well. I should have asked before I made the purchase.Buyer be ware.

When I called the next day to find out about returning the vacuum and purchasing a different one I was told they Glen Rock Vacuum has a NO RETURN POLICY. "We are not a Walmart." OH well. I'm always amazed when I read the reviews on this (or any) site. They so often DO NOT reflect my experience. I called Glen Rock Vacuum yesterday after waiting almost 3 months for Sears to send me a handle & hose for my Kenmore Vacuum. Initially they told me 7-10 days. After waiting 3 weeks, I called & they said it's on back order from China. :-( They gave me another source which I called & they had the part but it was more than double Sear's price. So I called G R Vacuum. I spoke with Jay, the owner who told me to bring it in & they would check it out. I did that this morning. Jay & his son took it in the back......replaced a connection piece (not the entire hose)...replaced 2 filters (which I never have done) and threw in a bag and I was on my way home in about 15 minutes. I can't thank them enough ! Now, unfortunately I have no excuse not to vacuum....lol. GREAT service ....fair price and nice people to work with. I think... sometimes the way YOU treat people makes for a better experience. I'm definitely a customer.

Brought my vacuum in to be repaired. They said it would take a week. They never called me back. When I called 3 weeks later they said they were still waiting on parts. They never called me back. When I called 8 weeks later they said they were still waiting on parts. I said never mind don't worry about it can I have my vacuum back. Nope, they can't refund me part or all of my money / cancel the job. Wtf???

Want to warn future customers of this store that I was shocked at their lack of customer service and rudeness. I took my vacuum to be serviced and when I brought it in was told it would be evaluated and prior to any work I would be notified.I was called and told nothing was found to be wrong but that I could have service for 90 dollars when I asked what the charge was for I was told to clean and replace a filter and it would look new. I declined the service which at this time I am trying to not spend extra money.I went to the store to pick up my vacuum and was told I needed to pay a service fee of 20 dollars. Had I been told that from the get go I would have been fine with that. BUT the owner took the defensive route and said there was a list of service costs at the counter. I did not have my phone or would have taken a pic. The list was taped to a binder on the side of the cashier area. Unless looking for it or have it pointed out you wouldn’t see it. When I said that again I was told “Should I tape it to the window” I said yes you should or bring it to the customers attention. So I didn’t feel like arguing more so went to pay it with my Amex. Owner states he doesn’t take visa I said it’s not visa it’s amex. He said I don’t take Amex. Meanwhile there are two stickers on cashier area that says he does take it and a sign on his door that he takes it. When I point that out he states “ I am in the owner and I say no they charge a fee. “ again had he been polite and point out I am sorry I use to take it but would ask that you please pay with another card I would have been receptive. This owner is very unprofessional and they lost my business.

Walked into the store with intentions of purchasing a vacuum. This is a big purchase because I wanted to make sure I bought a premium quality vacuum. I didn’t know much about different models, sizes, types, etc. The owner was very kind and helpful and made me feel that I was making the right choice. Highly recommend.
