“I came in to check out the location and I have to say it is very clean and the office smelled very nice. Dorothy opened the door for me and greeted me with a smile and was very pleasant. She gave me lots of information and explained things in a way the other storage locations/companies did not bother to do. She was very helpful and insightful and I’m glad I came in contact with such an amazing worker with excellent customer service! I would recommend this place to anyone I know who needs a unit just because of her.”

I showed up late in the day near closing and the lady at the desk was so eager to assist and made me feel at home. Looks like all the other reviewers here appreciate Ms. Destiny! Just a really friendly, quick, and competent service. Prices are reasonable for the area. Large trolleys available and the entrance is wide and accessible. Honestly what more could you want!”

“The manager Ken is super helpful and friendly. The location is clean and comfortable with the climate controlled interior. Great storage facility. I was also able to get 24 hr access for a small fee. Most places do not offer 24 hr access so this is a nice perk that further sets this facility apart.”

Your Team Member Jabrel was absolutely amazing with instruction and accommodating myself in claiming my items and cleaning the storage. Jabrel was an absolute exemplary display of a top tier professional and provider of customer service. “freindly personell. Excellent security. THey found my lock was not completely secured so they opened the unit and took pictures and contacted us. THey went the extra mile in my opinion.
The halls are also wide enough to handle anything with nice size padded freight elevators and plenty of carts to assist,
THe only reason it was not a 5 star rating is that i could only access my unit by one door and it was a corner unit with a side door. WOuld have been convenient.”
